The location is very central and great because the building overlooks an internal courtyard which is closed by a gate so you can park safely in an otherwise very difficult to park location in Catania. The building is beautiful and clean and the staff is very helpful.

The room was a bit small and we didn't have much space left with just 2 small hand luggages. The air conditioning unit is very noisy.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the first night in the junior suite and the second night in a double room with private external bathroom (due to availability of rooms). The junior suite was great, very very spacious, the double room was a bit small, not much space to move around the bed. The external private bathroom of the double room was right across the room, so it wasn’t a problem. Clean accommodation. The location is amazing, literally 2 minutes away from the heart of the city. The inner courtyard has an old nice charm. The double room had a great long balcony, facing directly a piazza, with a nice view. Breakfast consisted in a pastry and coffee/tea at a nice coffee shop right in the Piazza del Duomo. Nice personnel. Would stay here again if back to Catania.

The walls are quite thin, we could hear other guests talking in the other rooms.

Great location, on site secure parking, elevator, Manuela was very helpful.

This is great place in good location. Beautiful clean interior. We were pleasantly surprised. Very good choice.

1. first time (and hopefully the last) time I see that the hotel takes extra money from 8 pm. so if you arrive after 20:00 you will pay + 10 euros, and if after 22:00 + 20 euros of course, everyone can set any rules, but these conditions are not obvious, they are written in important information and not in the conditions of settlement. they know about it, so they send this information after payment. when I asked to cancel they refused, despite the request to cancel the booking 2. unfortunately i didn't read the reviews before i booked the room. all the information about the stench of the sewer that you feel in the room from the street is true. so forget about fresh air 3. the water in the shower was warm and since the room is cold (especially the floor), I could not take a normal shower and wash my hair 4. AC on a photo, no idea how old it is but very noisy. I hope they clean it sometimes coz it doesn’t look like.

Close to all sights, but quiet with a courtyard

Nuncio was an excellent host, and gave me some great recommendations for dinner. The house is clean and big, easy walking to shopping and restaurants.

I stayed here twice on this trip, for a total of 3 nights. Room and location were good. Picked this B&B (which does not in fact offer breakfast any more) because of its central location and secure parking.

Access to the courtyard to park the car is not simple, particularly if there is no one on the B&B desk to respond to the entryphone. This was worse than on my previous stays. Also the person handling check in after 8pm (extra charge) was slow to respond, not actually on-site and difficult to understand.

The spot is perfect, also the room is comfortable and very nice.

Breakfast was not included in our booking. The location was good in general just a few metres from piazza Duomo.

There wasn't anything not to like.

Nice place and location 100% but....the toilet for our room was at the hall, even though it is privat bathroom it is not what you expect and not the best thing in the middle off the night.

Room with Jacuzzi was literally amazing! Very big and comfortable, located in the heart of city just few steps from the main square and from bus station from which you can easily reach airport and beach. There was everything we needed to enjoy our last night of our Sicilian roadtrip and we could not have been more happier. Jacuzzi right in the room was really great experience to just chill after all the traveling and walking. On the other hand, Breakfast was not so worth it since for 3€ you just receive a coffee and 1 piece of croissant (or some other type of thing), for this amazing accommodation we would like to have better breakfast with various food but we understand that the accommodation itself does not have facilities to provide breakfast on their own so they have to cooperate with nearby pasticceria.

Perfect location, very close to the city centre and main attractions.

We’ve been given a room near the cleaning facilities, the entrance door was also not well insulated so could hear every small noise. There was no communication at all within the staff as we’ve been repeatedly been asked the same questions twice or three times at the property and then my text messages and even in Booking.com. At the check-in we’ve not been explained anything just given the keys and asked to pay the extras (taxes and car parking). we’ve never been given the keys of the main gate to enter with the car so this was a bit disappointing as costed us €10 per day and had to make sure we were returning always at a time when someone was at reception to open us.
