Buen lugar, muy limpio.

El check out dice de 12:00 a 14:00 y no respetan eso, ellos dicen que es a las 12.

Looks nice from the outside.

Dissapointing in every aspect. First, the hotel is far away from downtown. Taxi was required to go anywhere. Second, rooms were super noisy (all rooms are). We asked with anticipation connecting rooms for our kids and once there staff metioned thet did not have that kind of rooms. Our kids slept in a separate room. Our room had a shower without a curtain, the bathroom door was bloated and the shower head was leaking water all night with the anoying correspondant sound. We reported this to the fornt desk immediately and was never repaired. It was very warm inside our room with no AC and no fan. Had to sleep on top of the bed. Internet is slow and with serious failures and spots within the property without coverage. Breakfast was mediocre serving tasteless food and artificially flavored "natural" juices. Bottomline, NOTHING in this hotel is 5-star but the price. I would not recommend to anyone.

Too noisy very Early in the morning, People walking with suitcases and talking loud, but the hotel can not do something about.

The floor made to much noise.it’s like you are staying at a house with all the noise that the floor makes and the thin walls
