The apartment is very clean and spacious. The rooms are large, with a nice living room, and dining area. It was convenient to have two toilets. The pool was nearby, clean and easy to access, the garden area is also a good size. The staff were very friendly at the reception.

-It needs to be clear that the aircon is only in the living room, and not in any of the actual bedrooms. For some in the group sleeping was uncomfortable as we went in the summer months, when it was warm. As we had to close the shutters to keep the light out, it would have been no use to open the windows to let air in. One of the rooms was furnished very sparsely, and would have benefited with a dresser next to the mirror. -The kitchen we felt could be better equipped, there were many basics missing, including table placemats for more than 2, a non-stick pan to make breakfast, a tin opener, grater and just general items. There were no cleaning products at all, but luckily we had brought washing up liquid and a sponge with us which not everyone would do for a shorter stay. Some of the kitchen units are also very high, it would be helpful to have a step ladder to reach these shelves. The microwave stopped working very quickly due to overheating, we had to wait for it to cool down to work again. There is only one socket in the kitchen, and so you have to wait to use each appliance, so take it in turns to use a kettle or a toaster! -For more privacy, a slight partition between the two outdoor seating areas for the connecting apartments would be good as they are right next to each other. - The parking spaces are very tight, and if you need to reverse your car in, takes a lot of effort because the pillars get in the way of the doors when opening. - The stone steps from the kitchen to the living room is dangerous and needs something to make it obvious when walking, One person tripped and nearly fell quite badly. - Would be good to have locks on the toilet/shower doors.

Full fledged apartment. Quiet location. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Very close to gale beach.

There was no heating facility. The staff said air conditioner will provide heating, but still didn’t work.
