La zona del jardín y terraza me encantó. También la ubicación está a unas cuadras de el andador de Guadalupe.
El baño muy reducido, la televisión pocos canales y poco interesantes, olía a humedad.

En varias ocasiones entró el personal a mi habitación de manera impertinente y fue incómodo

El hotel, es muy bonito y relajante con el bello jardín. Las habitaciones limpias, el personal muy atento. Y cercano a varios lugares importantes por visitar.
El restaurante es muy bonito, pero siento que no estaba disponible cuando te da hambre y el menu le falta más platillos y quizás reacomodar algunos.

Die Lage ist super, in direkter Laufentfernung (3-5min) von der Haupteinkaufsstraße. Das Zimmer war sehr schön in einem zur gegend passenden Stil. Es gab schön warme Decken die man aufgrund des Klimas nachts dort auch brauchen kann. Das Zimmer war groß und nett eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war sehr schön und es gab unbegrenztes warmes Wasser, was dort nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich ist. Check-in und check-out waren super unkompliziert, wir konnten unser Gepäck am letzten Tag nach Checkout bis abends noch dort stehen lassen. Der Garten im Innenhof ist wirklich wunderschön!

The best place to stay in in San Cristobal.
Being asked to pay in cash with no prior information - being told I would get my change back and clearly they did not intend to give it back. It was a small amount, like 200 pesos, but still!

Good location close to Zocalo, the patio/garden is just lovely, friendly staff who let us in even before the check-in time as we arrived few hours earlier

They were able to let us check in early after a 12 hour bus ride. The staff helped us with some microwave popcorn too. The Gardens and patios are lovely

The architecture, nature around the rooms and the kind staff
Rooms are extremely cold, there are no heaters available. I had to change rooms twice when I first arrived because there wasn’t hot water in the shower and the curtains on one of the room was hanging from one side.
Since San Cristobal is known for the excellent coffee I would also suggest to install small coffee makers in the rooms.

The place is pretty, the room is comfortable, the staff was kind.
They charged me 10% because I paid with debit card. There was like 10 minutes of hot water in a very cold city.

The staff was great and the room was clean. The garden is beautiful and the location is great.
The walls are so thin you can hear everything in the room next to you. We heard the woman next door blow drying her hair,showering, talking on the phone and watching TV and it prevented us from sleeping. The beds are too small and they are hard. The tap for the hot water gets so hot you burn your hand turning it off.

Very close to the the center, next to great cafes and restaurants. Loved the architecture of the hotel and its courtyard . The staff was nice.
Though it was overall clean, some of the white towels / bed sheets had like black spots on them (by mistake ? Cause they smelled clean but still..). The building is old (though beautiful ) and since we were on the ground floor the room was humid. lastly the rooms are not very sound proof so you can hear what’s going around. It’s not too bad but can be annoying if you get the wrong neighbor.

San Cristobal itself is a must see place. The hotel was a dream. Beautiful garden, nice and clean, it is a wonderful hotel to stay. Truly higly recommended, close to the main street.

I had ordered a king room with king size bad and I get two small beds. iven that was they mistake they acting not nice to me and after I ask for some discount they offer me a 50 peso less. Do not stay here. Bad service. Not comfy bad. And u can find mach better place for this money in san cristobal.

Customer service was horrible. They gave away our rooms even though they were reserved and paid for beforehand. We had to sleep in a different hotel the first night and finally moved into their hotel the second night. No toilet paper or towels and had to ask several times to get them. Water barely came out of shower heads and the beds were hard as rocks. We would never stay here again.
