Hotel located at a nice place. Exterior looks lovely.
1. The lift was small and old type.
2. The room is extremely small. No amenities!
3. Is absolutely dirty! Bathroom is dirty! We never seen bathroom like this in any Hotel!
4. Some staff is friendly, some are not.
5. This hotel shouldn’t listed in the booking apps!! we are suprised How this hotel is listed in trip advidors !!

The arrogant and the extremely bad attitude at reception. We asked if they had travellers room for our driver, which we understand it’s not their, fair enough. We wanted to book a room for our driver, although their were rooms showing up in the same hotel as available in multiple booking apps and we were fine to pay for the extra room that we were going to book, the person at reception didn’t allow us to book and ensured that we stop booking. Is it coz we asked a room for our driver to stay??? What a kind of attitude and arrogance?

hotel is beautiful have beautiful roof bar, but the price is not reasonable. location is near by station but far from hawa mahal and market
bed is not comfortable even the pillows are in square shape and hard, i have habit to sleep on soft bed.

Rooftop bar is pleasant to have a drink in the evening. Staff is quite helpful. The exterior of the hotel looks nice.
Breakfast at the restaurant was not tasty, cups were dirty too. Furniture in the room is quite old, as well as the blankets, curtains and carpets. Design wise very old fascioned. Would not necessarily recommend.
