the location is excellent, room has harbor view. the room facilities are good and breakfast is very good.

staff are cold and uncaring, few very common requests are denied. it seems guests needs are not matters to front desk, they are too busy with they mobile phones.

The room was spacious-it was a real suite. nice to have a sofa and table.

Didn’t have a coffee pot or kettle in the room. This is a “must” for foreigners.

This is a hotel with old world charm, just a bit past it's prime. It reminds me a bit of Fawlty Towers. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. My wife was sick for part of our stay, when I needed to be away, and they took great care of her. The view of the harbour from our room was lovely. The location could not be more convenient. And the breakfast was excellent, as were dinners in the dining room.

Some things were a little worn. A dab of paint would help. And the toilet in our room tended to run.

The stuff of the hotel were really helpful and nice. Everything went amazingly. They even gave me breakfast box because if my early flight even though I forgot to ask it. I highly recommend this place.

This is a historical hotel. The room are big and nice view. The Hotel was closes due COVID period and they start recently to receive guests. The restaurant is limited to quick meals and was mis scramble eggs during breakfast. location is the best view fo Puerto montt. The staff is very friendly and hapy people that invite you o talk and share information about the city.

The bath water took awhile to heat up. But that is ok if you are not in a rush!

The hotel has a kind of faded charm

My room was located near a nightclub which became loud at about midnight and carried on with thumping bass for hours so I couldn’t sleep! I had an early start the next day so it wasn’t worth changing rooms for. Not really the hotel’s fault but travelers should be aware.

Had big issues with hotel over them organising our transport from the airport via an email to booking.com which we were never told it was just a taxi. When we arrived at the hotel the driver asked for cash only and when we asked the hotel they claimed it wasn’t their problem. We were robbed just before flying here and had no money or credit cards.
