Breakfast was ok, beds were comfortable
We realised the hotel was a bit out of town when we booked but we weren’t too worried as there was a bar and restaurant, unfortunately they were both shut.
The whole place was unattended so there was no one available to sort out the bedside light which wasn’t working.
Though we’d booked for four nights, we checked out the next day to find somewhere more central that had staff on hand. We were charged a penalty of SEK 800 to do this, the hotel refused to compromise on this which made it an expensive mistake.
The ambiance was rather lacking, being situated in a sports complex , for the price they charged I expected a lot better. The hotel represented poor value for money compared with other places we stayed on out trip.

Accommodation very nice, clean rooms and friendly staff.
Breakfast was modest, did not prove the food which I consider a very bad experience. Several guests were dissatisfied with the breakfast.
