Great find just a short drive from Killarney in beautiful surroundings.This B&B goes the extra mile with the option of use of basic kitchen facilties for having snacks down to having a small kids playroom. Very welcoming too which makes a refreshing change from so many self service properties.

The very friendly owners, very good breakfast, lovely dogs to pet, the mountain view (when it was there… weather conditions are like they are in the mountains) &to the cows.
Little bit noisie. But not to bad. You can handle it very well because everyone cares to each other.

This B&B is in a perfect location to explore The Gap of Glencoe which is a 5 min drive away and luckily for us, our room faced the mountains and so we had a beautiful view. We loved meeting the dogs, Louis and Bruno who were so friendly.
The bed was very comfy and the breakfast was delicious. Although not laid out to help yourself to as in most other places, you could have whatever you wanted and were offered more of anything so it's a great way to avoid any waste. The fruit and pancakes were delicious.
Nothing we didn't like but we did have to go on a hunt for mugs to make tea as they'd all been used in our section. Just a suggestion that it might be a good idea to leave mugs in the room ready for guests to use.

We hebben een geweldige week gehad! Jen en Fergal zijn hele fijne mensen. Onze kamer was super schoon. Na ieder "heerlijk" ontbijt maakt Jen een praatje met de gasten en informeert ze over alle mogelijkheden in de omgeving.
De locatie is perfect en een hele fijne uitvalbasis om dit super mooie gedeelte van Ierland te ontdekken! Genoeg ruimte om de huurauto te parkeren.
Dat onze vakantie er weer op zat!!

We originally planned to stay here in April of 2020 but that was postponed due to COVID. I’m glad we got to come back, Jen and Fergal run an amazing bed and breakfast. Nothing beats the location, views, family feel, comfort, and great breakfast. They were even accommodating with us waking up the first morning for a Skellig Michael trip. Not to mention Louie, the corgi, was always ready to greet us every morning.

We liked everything except the cold bathroom
Bathroom has no radiator and was pretty cold. The little heating fan didn`t do much as its cord is a little too short.

We stayed in this beautiful place without knowing very well what we were going to find. The place was perfectly located and close to beautiful places of interest in the area. There was an air of nature when you woke up and you could see a few cows from the room. Breakfast was the best part. We woke up very hungry and they let us eat whatever we wanted. The room and bed also satisfied our expectations. So, a perfect choice.

We had a lovely stay at the Inveraray farm. We were very well looked after by Fergal and Jen, and the breakfast was lovely. Brilliant value for money and great location.

Location is second to none. the view from the window in the breakfast room is just stunning. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Really nice atmosphere and the breakfast was delicious.

Fergal and Jen are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was amazing, and they took great care with concerns about allergies. Their lovely home is situated on a quiet road en route from downtown Killarney to the Gap of Dunloe.

The hosts were very nice and the breakfast was delicious. you could reach everything quickly by car and you had peace and quiet.
the equipment was very old and the bed was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately the room was not very clean and we had to remove several spiders and wipe the dust. there was a constant smell of bacon and frying fat in the air. Essential things were missing in the guest kitchen, such as a bowl to warm up your own food.

Comfortable room in our case we had a view of the Gap of Dunloe which may not be the case in other rooms.
Breakfast was excellent and the location was quiet but convenient to visit Killarney and the surrounding area. The Gap of Dunloe is not very far but a very long winding road, not really drivable during the day because of the multitude of Jaunting Cars using the road.
Invarary is a multi room B&B so be aware it can get busy at breakfast and inform your host if you need to get an early start (not in our case). Please note that there can be stairs to get to your room so check if you have problem with mobility.

Very welcoming environment! Honestly it’s one of our favorite B & Bs. We loved the owners and staff. They were very friendly and helpful to us. Everything was clean and organized throughout the property. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Lovely scenic area! We highly recommend Inveraray Farms!!
