The hotel rooms are set around a lovely garden with a fish pond. The ground floor rooms actually have a little patio that open out onto this garden and it is absolutely charming

Check in is restricted to 6pm, thankfully we arrived in good time

Excellent location in the green. Very good location to start hiking and hotel also has a swimming pool and sauna. Staff is very friendly and supportive and hotel is still in walking distance from centrum of Scheidegg where you have several restaurants located.
Minor point is maybe that hotel doesn't offer dinner. However, this is not really an issue while there are several restaurants on walking distance.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean. Location is good with great views
The room is quite dated and needs remodel. The ventilation fan is the bathroom was not working. The free WLAN did not work at all in the room.
