Extremely friendly and pleasant experience. Nothing was too much and always looked after. Very helpful regarding local activities and facilities.

It was everything good

Nice location close to the beach. The house was clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed, besides the assistance from the owner. The owner is lovely. Also the terrace and the front yard were really comfortable and pretty.

Beautifully furnished and decorated apartment. Very clean and fresh. Huge very comfortable bed and very well equipped kitchen. Large sun terrace occupying 3 sides of the apartment, meaning you catch the sun from sunrise to sunset! Lots of sunbeds and quality cushioned outdoor furniture. Loads of books and large TV. Only 3 mins walk to beach and two very good restaurants right next door Supermarket and small Taverna just across the quiet side street. Pipitsa herself is fantastic and couldn't do enough to make sure everything was perfect for you. One of the nicest holiday apartments we have stayed in and Roda itself was lovely. All the other guests we spoke to have been coming back to Pipitsas for many years, which speaks for itself. It was our first visit but we certainly plan to return.

Nothing. Everything was fantastic

The apartment is very clean. The furniture involves everything. AC, WiFi, TV, netflix, everything was functional. The rooms are big and bright and the furniture consists of beautiful antiques. Room service is available every day, except of Sunday. I want to highlight the host Pipitsa. She is taking care 24/7 and you will miss nothing. No matter the question or the problem you have, she will support you. It is a neat touristic place. The apartment is very central in Roda. Everything is reachable in max. 200-300 m distance, like restaurants, bars, shops, mini markets, cafés, car rental, boat trip offices, bus station. The best restaurant in town (Roda Park) is just 50m away in the next building. Nevertheless the location is very calm, especially at night (no idea how it would be in high season, though.... :))

Marvelous place filled with great energy, peace, esthetic, cleanliness, tidiness, love, harmony and great spirit of incredible Pipitsa, who simply is a queen of peoples hears! The best holiday ever!

Pipitsa is an excellent host, nothing is too much trouble, for example arranging taxis and food shopping, Our accommodation was great with comfy beds and fresh linen and towels that were regularly refreshed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more-we all had a lovely relaxing stay Can't wait to go again

we loved this place so much! pipitsa is so lovely and kind and friendly and the cleaner too, which made our stay feel really special. the decor is ace, we loved it. amazing place, lots of space, very quiet. perfect location
