Location was excellent, although many steps. Air conditioner worked great. Good water pressure and hot water. Provided sun beds and outdoor shower. Owner was easy to work with.

The beds are two twin mattresses and one of the mattresses was very old and worn and uncomfortable. You could feel all the springs and my husband and I had to trade off sleeping on that side of the bed because we had awful sleeps. The bedding was also very aged. The blankets looked very very old and I didn’t want to use them. The shower did not drain properly and water came up a different drain in the bathroom. The shower head was hand held. There are many feral cats which are not a problem except that they use the garden area as a litter box and the sand hid lots of cat poop. We would have wanted to enjoy the garden and beach but were put off by the cat smell. The garden should be paved or planted to deter that cats.

The steps, but we knew about them from 10 previous visits to Paleokastritsa, not a complaint, but a warning to visitors who may not cope with 100+ steps!!! Certainly gets your heart going!

Proper Greek studios, stunning location with postcard views. Maria and her family were perfect hosts.

Location directly in Paleokastritsa, just 6 minutes to beautiful main beach, no need to use car. Parking OK. Be prepared for 123 steps to bring you to the sea level where studio stands. Private garden, garden shower, entrance to the beach, great view. Host very friendly.

The studios deserves a little renovation - new mattresses, kitchen corner - would rock :-)

Beautiful location, very clean. The owner Maria was very friendly and gave lots of great advice about what to see and do. Maria was also extremely helpful when we had a flight change on our flight home and had to get our boarding passes reprinted.
