Service was amazing and layout was beautiful. Centralized near all the shops and restaurants and near the port for the ferries. Our host was very helpful with suggestions to what to do around the city. A very pleasant person to talk to

Very lucky to have found this hotel for a nine night stay at fairly short notice. Lovely breakfast, great location for travelling around the area and access to restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff with good local knowledge of where to go and how to get there. Lots of interesting, querky design features in the furniture and fittings.

The location was excellent, in the heart of the historic part of La Spezia near the port, a short walk to the station and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and the included breakfasts were superb (and much more than we could eat) and taken on the lovely terrace.
Our room was on the small side.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Some of the friendliest, welcoming, attentive and thoughtful hotel staff we have ever met and very accomodating to families.
Aircon was noisy.

Very good location, in the city center.
Possibility to get breakfast and the personnel view to solve the sitation dissapointed at most. After check in from the receptionist I got to know that breakfast is served from 8 to 10am. Due to the fact, that I stayed in the hotel 5 days for the work purposes, and have to leave daily 07.30am., I asked the receptionist for any sandwich for the breakfast to be prepared earlier, but the answer of her was, short : 'no sorry'.

Great location close to the harbour, in a relatively quiet street. The decor is very charming, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is healthy and good. There's even a terrace to eat outside.

Location was perfect
A lot of things can be improved. Shower wasn't working when we got in, the room was small, the owner wasn't very friendly(he argued with guests in front of other guests at breakfast).
