Couldn't of asked for a better location the guest house was lovely and clean and we all slepted well ,the breakfast was lovely and had a great selection and the hosts went above and beyond for everyone ,great weekend will be returning

The location was central to all local amenities however it was a very quiet location at the same time, our hosts were very friendly giving a warm welcome upon arrival ensuring that we had anything we required throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and light, breakfast was excellent and nothing was a problem.

The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. I also enjoyed Cat's banana bread!

A lovely spotlessly clean room. I had a single room so was pleasently surprised to find a 4ft double bed instead of a standard single. Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of choice on menu, range of cereals, fresh fruit and fruit juice. Choice of tea or coffee and could choose what time suited for breakfast. 5 minute level walk to cinema and beach. 5 minute level walk to shops, 7 minute walk to bus, train and coach stop. Would definitely stay again.

The owners have recently taken over and are really attentive and friendly, constantly making sure you have what you need! They also made a real fuss of our children which was nice! The location is perfect and is a couple of minutes walk to the front and beach. Breakfast was lovely, will will definitely stay again when we go to Paignton.

Nothing I didnt like.

I was made to feel so welcome. I got a bit cold in the night & was given an extra blanket, my room was at the top of the house and had everything i needed. The location of the guest house is ideal for getting into town. Highly recommended staying here you wont be disappointed

I can't fault anything about our stay. For the very first time, I went on holiday with my two boys 6 and 9. I must admit to being a little nervous, but I couldn't have felt safer or more welcome. My boys loved our room, and it had everything we needed and was very clean. Fantastic! If we get the opportunity to go again, I wouldn't hesitate. Thank you. Re answer below about Preston Sands, we went to the nearest beach twice on foot, but I'm unsure of its name.

Excellent location, Terry is very friendly and helpful, lovely food. Comfy beds and food was lovely.

The host, Terry, made us and our grandchildren very welcome. Spotlessly clean and an excellent breakfast Great location just off the seafront and just a short walk to the Harbour and steam train.

Everything about our stay at the Haldon Guest House was excellent, from the location within paignton to the friendly welcome and service we received throughout our stay. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

There was nothing that we didn't like about our visit

The guests are very friendly and accommodating , they made us feel very welcome. We traveled with a toddler and they were brilliant. Breakfast was very good.
