personnel was nice, animation team was good, comfortable room, plenty choice for food, nice pools and garden.

The hotel really needs to address the issue with very slippery tiles around the hotel. My son slipped on many occasions as did I and I saw many other people slip. So close to having bad injuries. They had a table tennis table but the bats were both broken. They had new bats that were brought out fir the organised tournament but they really should have decent bats for the other times. Bats are expensive. The internet was so bad didn’t end up using it.

The toilet was not working properly

Pools were very clean, staff was friendly and available, food was good, internet was decent enough, all in all no issues whatsoever and would gladly stay here again.

Location could be better but there is a bus transfer to the Beach/Blue Lagoon, the only thing I could ask would be for more frequent bus transfers as there's only one to go in the morning at 10h30 and then back at 16h30. Not a big deal, was great as-is anyway.

Food was very varied and good quality. Friendly staff and we liked the upper pool and bar which was quieter. Turkish dancers in the evening were fabulous. We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was of a good standard. Free shuttle bus to take you down to Oludeniz which was about 10 mins drive.

Pillows were a bit hard.
