All staff make an effort and go the extra mile for the guest. It is clean and tidy and very peaceful. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to extend and stay on a little while longer. I am very impressed with this guest house.

The place is clean and nice. The reception it's good, But the gate is manually and you can't open for yourself.

On second night bedding was not changed. No toilet paper was given on second night .room was not cleaned on second night. Bathroom no lights,fan was not working. Bedroom window not properly closing

Good day. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied in my stay with you. First had to stand I. The rain and wind outside struggling to get in. Your bedding is filthy and torn. No toilet handle and water kept running in the toilet. All your walls, basins, floors lights were all dirtty and your lights had cob webs all over. Your shower is a hand held shower and there is a problem with your plumbing since I had to shower in drain water coming back up. Your wifi does not work properly. I regularly use guesthouses all over Randburg and have nothing good to say about the stay. Rather than taking this to socials with photos I'm letting you know so you can improve as this is really disappointing. Then I had my guests next door fighting most of the night. Not impressed

The receptionist didn't have access to booking.com and when I contacted the owner he was rude not helpful I ended up leaving because of not getting helped and now the owner wants to be payed when I didn't stay

Nothing at all,we called the number provided, call not been picked up, very poor, from checking until checking out,we had to go back to my sister’s place , because the ladies knew nothing about our stay, they called the owner, even after we show proof they could not let is in,we came back. The was no hotwater to bath, TV is using aerial/no signal.In the morning the owner came : he did not great us,instead he asked the lady/ caretaker whY are we still there, when are we leaving.😓😒😒😒😒😒👎

The location is convenient. Safety is good

The place is not clean, does not feel safe hygienically. The place needs renovation and new painting. The plugs are not working properly. The parking needs levelling. There is many improvements to be done.

no Electricity from the Arrival time until the following day...had to Change rooms because ws given a Cabin with everything broken no safety... toilets broken.
