The location, general cleanliness and facility was excellent. The Security team is good alert.

The facility didn't have have wine, whiskey and drinking glasses. The facility also didn't extra beddings to address the change in weather that required extra warm bedding. The facility had a faulty geyser hence subjecting us to bathing cold water. The lodged report was poorly attended to and the attendant was not courteous to us

The Location was great for business. The staff were all fantastic. From the office staff to the cleaner but especially Nkosi the security guard, they couldn't do enough.

The first night was a disaster after having only 3 hours sleep because of noisy upstairs neighbours having a party, screaming on top of their lungs and dragging furniture around. The old lumpy pillows didn't help. The unit stank of old cigarette smoke and there was no hot water. After I complained, we were moved to a better unit, but it still wasn't fantastic. The extra blanket that I asked for arrived full of holes and the poor staff had to go out and try and find dish cloths and some glasses. There is absolutely nothing provided for loadshedding. Luckily, I had brought a small torch with me from home. They seriously need someone to go through each and every unit and get them up to scratch. It really was a very disappointing stay, and I would definitely not go back there.

The water was cold the water heating system is very bad...kitchen utensils are only 2 as if one person is coming...there were no knives and the replacement sheets were dirty on the second day

Lovely apartment close to Sandton. The space was clean and spacious. wifi was good and check in was smooth. I recommend.

More crockery in the kitchen would be good.

Receptionist and security were very pleasant and helpful. The place was clean even though the linen was a bit worn out. Spacious and easily accessible. warm water was to my satisfactory.

No towels in bathrooms I had to ask. Mats not readily available in bathrooms I had to ask as well. No iron in rooms. the tea station did not have milk. No lighting during loadshedding and no alternative was provided either was I informed to bring in an alternative.
