The property was lovely and clean, well equipped, and in a great location. We loved looking out over the estuary and seeing the boats and wildlife. Our first visit to this area but not our last.

Perfect location. Great view. The apartment could not have been better. Fresh eggs in the hospitality basket were a nice surprise. Information in advance of our arrival was comprehensive and a call from the owners after our arrival was very thoughtful. We have already decided that we will book again next year
The key for the door into the apartment block was a little difficult to turn but always worked after one or two attempts

Good location, with good views across the Tweed Estuary. Working wharf in front of the building which was interesting to watch. Spacious apartment and good security.
Short walk over the bridge into Berwick.

Keys to both the street door lock and flat block door lock needed careful positioning before would turn to unlock.
Contact phone number given started with 0890 - a premium phone number rather than 01890, so wasn't able to contact owners until they rang me.

The view from the apartment was lovely, and each morning we woke up to check which birds were in the water in front of us. Most mornings it was Golden Eye and Little Grebes. One morning, there were 2 Goosanders. The apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable and easy to use. The location was great, and we always enjoyed our walk across the Old Bridge into the town, which was a wonderful place to visit. Fortunately, the apartment was lovely and warm, as we had some wet weather during our stay and needed to dry out overnight!

Location and it had a car space
only improvement would be a simple diagram to explain the key pick up it is a bit confusing at first main confusion was a reference to a old tower but the actual tower looks quite new.

Excellent location and facilities. Views spectacular with seals swans and herons. Lovely touch having radio in the shower. And good to have welcome eggs, tea and coffee ready on arrival.
Rugs sliding on floor, dangerous. Lock to building needs attention as difficult to open. Also larger duvet needed, only double, should be king size so can snuggle.

Both the front door lock and the tower lock were slightly difficult to open.

Very comfortable with everything we needed for our short break. TV reception was a little hit and miss but as we didn't use it much it wasn't a real issue. Nice touch with the welcome pack and great to have "proper" coffee. Lovely view from the apartment and the town was a short walk over the bridge. Great to have the private parking.

Super spacious apartment with fabulous views towards Berwick and over the harbour. Well equipped and clean with one or two thoughtful touches such as a welcome hamper.
Easy walk over the old bridge into town and good communication with the owners/agent.
Would highly recommend a stay in this lovely apartment.
