The best location. Everything in walking distance… The kind owner…i suggest it..and i will visite it again…

The apartment was well designed, well-lit and greatly located at the center of Cannes, one street behind La Croisette in a street with lots of bars/restaurants. It is a quite place despite the hustleand bustle right outside. Kitchenware was in abundance and nice quality. They had iron-ironing board. So, you have the advantages of having a fully-stocked apartment. They do not have a reception or receptionist, but the communication with Veronique was superb, fast replies and very accomodating. Wi-fi worked great.

The towels they originally provided was stained and not in good shape but they changed them right away after my request. They need to add drawers or more clothing cabinet.

the hotel is clean and well equipped, I didn’t meet with personnel because everything is autonomous ( which I love ). location is wonderful, la Croisette is just 3 mins away. close to everything !

The location is nice, and not noisy, despite the nightlife.

I have never received a responce on my question regarding the not-working wifi. I kept on using roaming internet all the time.

We’ve stayed in the loft on the highest floor. The apt is really cute and well furnished. Even if it’s in the middle of canne’s nightlife, it’s very quite and noiseless. You will find everything you’ll need. Suggested.

There was noise from the street at night because of the bars nearby. The insulation from the window was good but some of the noise could still be heard however it wasn’t loud enough to wake you up which was good

Close to the beach and nice self contained little room.

Quite noisy at times but didn’t affect us too much. The windows didn’t have a view at all and there was no window in the kitchen making it a bit dark but otherwise very nice.

The place is nicely located. You can be walking on the beach in two minutes or traverse the shopping area. The building is in an alley with a number of restaurants and thanks to the lockdown was very quiet at night. The apartment has a nice-size bathroom/shower/toilet and a well-equipped kitchenette (everything including wine glasses, cups for normal coffee and Turkish/Arabic/greek coffee. But the place's best asset is the property manager, Veronique. She was exceedingly kind and cooperative.

I just wish the building would issue some "code of etiquette" for all residents. There were two other rooms on my floor and I could hear noises in three of the four nights in the middle of the night 2-3-4 in the morning, closing doors loudly, what sounded like opening and closing sofa beds, etc.
