There was a terrible noice in the night, like someone hitting pipelines

Beautiful clean apartment near the center of the city. Good value for money. Public Transport is of walking distance. Safe & quiet area. But I do want to mention that I went during off season.

My room was on the 4th floor, which isn't the owner's fault, but it is a long way to walk and carry luggage. No lifts.

It is a very clean apartment, it is in a good location, there are cafes, bars and restaurants around, in a word, I really liked it.

The location was good, with a mini-supermarket and a Chinese restaurant within 2 mins of walk. The room has lots of sunshine. The air conditioning worked great for us and kept the room cool during the summer.

There is no lift in the building and will need some stair walking.

Location in a quiet area

Check-in was extremely difficult, the staff was rude on the phone The camera does not look at all like in the picture, in reality it is old, old, the furniture is worn, and the design (the one for which I chose the camera) is totally different from the images, the price is high for what you receive. When I asked the staff why the room does not look the same, because we did not book this, they said that the picture is from another more luxurious apartment and that the people from Booking put the image, that it is not their fault and we -they sent to Booking. Unfortunately, the people from Booking did not assume any responsibility and sent us back to the owner. In the end, we did not manage to reach any agreement with any of the parties. We would have liked to cancel at least some of the nights, but we couldn't.

it was so noisy

location was good, as was the price since hotel rooms are hard to find for a family of 5. bathroom was newly renovated, with a washing machine, and kitchen were adequate.

it rained and we had leaks around 2 different windows and through the ceiling light fixture in the main room. wrote to the hotel the first morning about that, and about a non-functional toaster and they never responded.
