Good location to visit the temple
Doesn’t have any of the facilities listed on the booking.com page. Fine for one night, the towels and sheets were dirty and damp. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Not worth it

Small room with all the essentials. Kettle, TV, Aircon, towel and right next to Borobodur. Good shower

- It is very confusing, that there are 3 or so hotels with almost the same name. So, even the taxi-driver didn't know where to go. Better to use a unique name.
- In the description facilities were mentioned that are not available, like renting bibycles and wellness. No, they were not there and then shouldn't be mentioned.

Compact and cozy room for one or two person to stay. I get the room with sunshine come inside in the morning and so fresh air when we open the window.
The location is not a side of main road, we need to walk a few steps passing a ground field which is mud after rain and a bit dark at night.
But overall it's a nice hotel for a short stay 2 or 3 nights.

the room is clean, the smell is good. the facilities are complete with 24h receptionist that very helpful

The guesthouse is very close to Borobudur temple entrance.
Wi-Fi was not working and the staff was 8bnot able to solve the issue.
The room size is not 20 square metres as mentioned on booking.com but only 12 square metres.
Complementary coffee bags were moldy and when I asked to replace them, they replaced with others moldy one.
TV channel are not visible properly.

Proximity to the Borobudur Temple. Kovi was a very good host and helped us in all the way he could. Sunrise tickets :)
No functional restaurant. It was hard to get any additional services to enhance our experience on the stay.

The property is a short walk from Borobudur temple complex. I particularly appreciated the kindness of the staff, always smiling and ready to accommodating our requests. The guesthouse has a tiny garden with tables and a javanese joglo, perfect to hang out and relax in the evening. Rooms are provided with toiletries, slippers, ac, television, kettle with tea/coffee; bed was very comfy and clean. Breakfast has two choices: Indonesian and continental, staff will ask the previous day what is guests' preference in order to arrange. I would come back if I need a base to explore Borobudur area again. Thank you!
Rooms are very small but for a short stay it works just fine. Indonesian breakfast was good, I would improve the continental one (fried egg, toast, sausages), maybe giving better quality bread and butter (not margarine).
