Sally and Jenny, the owners, were delightful. We stayed in Mulberry Cottage which was a bit grimy while our friends had a much better time of it in the main building. The meals were lovely and the general vibe was very friendly but for us the whole experience was let down by the quality of the accommodation in the annex cottage.

Mulberry Cottage needed a good clean and some sprucing up. Also new beds would help as they were pretty uncomfortable.

House is nice decorated and also the spacious room Staff are very friendly helpful and really welcoming warm hearted Meals are delicious Wonderful location at the teaplantation Would love to go again

The smell in bathroom was penetrated We didn't like it Swimming pool is not next to the house what we had expected but 5 minutes walk so be aware of that The bed was too hard for me A lot of mosquitos so we couldn't sleep with open windows What would be so nice Only a van is available in the room not ac

The property though 9 kms away from Kandy is situated in a Quiet location. Run by an Elderly British couple the property is well maintained and a treat for nature loving tourists. The food is homely and tasty though one should not expect an elaborate menu. After a day of outing if solitude and silence is your forte, then this is the place to be. Don’t expect a Tv remote to be in your hands as the Signals are erratic or non-existent. A nice home stay overall.
