Habitacion fria, pequeña y sin comodidades. Muy básica

The hotel is located in the center of the city and Universidad de Concepción. The central heating was working, so there was a nice temperature in the room. The room was pretty small, but all necessary furniture were there.

The window in the bathroom could not be closed completely, so it was constantly cold there. I was closing the door between room and bathroom, so I won't loose the heat from the room.

The location is near tourist attractions and the University Campus, little traffic on weekends, near supermarkets and malls.

The rooms were tiny, clean and functional, but minimalist.

Staff was somewhat nice.

Very sorry place. Room wasn't cleaned for a couple of days. Bathroom was a mess. Walls were so thin, you could hear everything breath in the neighbour room, as well as the pipes. Room was small and dark. Parking was just available for 5 cars, and just in one row, so you had to give your keys to the hotel staff. Breakfast was basic. Very basic.
