We arrived late at night due to a flight delay and the Hotel manager was very friendly showed us to our rooms, served us with drinks, looked after us very very well. We were only there a short overnight stay and had to leave before breakfast but very pleasant short stay.
One of my colleagues said his room could have been cleaner but nothing otherwise.

The room was clean and good. Huge bathroom and huge shower. Beds were really comfortable to sleep.
Coffee which should be replenished everyday was never delivered. When you notified employers about it nothing changed and I had to pay for coffee from the hotel restaurant. Comments from stuff towards me were unnecessary. Windows and windows curtains were making people able to look into your room. In the bathroom there are no shelves that you could use while taking a shower. For someone with a back problem, with lower mobility it's really difficult. Bending over just to put down your cosmetics was really annoying.

Room was good, staff in hotel is very nice even if they were really buisy with wedding.

Toiletry supply - paper, shampoos etc. were quite sparse, there should be more available in the room.

We stayed at this hotel on two occasions during the past few weeks, first stay we had a suite (11) at the rear fantastic our second stay was in the main hotel there is a difference in rooms mainly the main hotel room(3) was a little more tired but still exceptionally clean although stained carpets. The restaurant has a good atmosphere with attentive staff food was good and the premises appears popular with non residents which is always a good sign.Plenty of parking and ideally placed for Poznan airport, we will use again.
Next time we stay i will check pricing on the booking. On this stay our main hotel room was smaller but more expensive than the suite on our previous stay. This was my fault for rushing the booking and not checking the pricing, a lesson learnt for myself. Always try and book room 11, you won't be disappointed.

Very nice and cosy hotel. Room was specious and comfortable. Restaurant provides very delicious food, breakfast was rich and tasteful. Staff was very kind, too.
Double bed was made from two separate mattresses. Room was in a separate building

The restaurant is exceptional, good customer service and brilliant food. The rooms were clean, fresh towels and small size shampoo/shower gel bottles available. Our family had very nice rest.
I missed fresh croissants/pastries for breakfast. Coffee was to cold for my taste.

Great welcome and very well looked after for a few days, the food was very good so we enjoyed our evenings in the hotel. Aga really looked after us in the dining room and was very helpful. 👍👍
