The location is amazing and so is the residence.Beautifully designed and decorated,the house is extremely comfortable with many rooms and independent terrasses which offer privacy.At the same time there is a strong feeling of "being at home".We had a wonderful family holiday ,beyond our expectations ,and are thankfull to Nikos for his very warm hospitality and for his good advices.We all look forward to our next visit.

The house is very comfortable for two families (we were 9 people). It boasts impressive sea views which can be enjoyed from the number of different balconies and windows, as well as a protected from the wind kiosk outside the house with a large double bed and comfy cushions. The property and gardens are very well maintained. The house itself is uniquely decorated and is fully equiped.. Nothing was missing, It was a home away from home but with added extras such as the pool table, the tennis court and the gym where we enjoyed games of table tennis. Those of us who were more athletic also used the gym equipment which was in very good condition. The beach is just a few steps down next to the picturesque harbour. We didn't go to the more private beach at the other end of the property due to the difficult access but it looked beautiful too. Staying at Martineli Residence definitely made our holiday in Paros one to remember. It brought the two families together with many joint activities but also had enough space for people to retire and be by themselves if they so wished. The owner, Nicos, was very polite, accommodating and unobtrusive. Thank you for letting us enjoy your lovely villa. We had an amazing time and will definitely return!

We were two families with teenage children staying in Paros together and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was even better than the photos. The estate, spacious bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, views from the many patio spaces, and amenities were all fabulous. Nikos was the most hospitable host we have ever encountered! He was always available to answer questions, give recommendations for activities and even make dinner reservations at the best tables at the best restaurants! We were so lucky to find this special place and would highly recommend it to others visiting Paros!

The hospitality from the host was above the charts. The host made us feel at home. Each room had a patio for privacy. The rooms were spacious. This was a place where I could escape to and experience more of Greek culture. The restaurants recommended by the host were superb. I could not have stayed at a better place. I would stay here as long as I could.

The house was perfect. I wish that I had more time for my vacation to enjoy the house further.

The location, the surrouding gardens, the tennis and basketball courts. The house was wonderfull with many hand made furniture and decoration items that fulfill the general impression in a majestic way! Very spacious rooms all with en suite bathroom and toilet. Finally the view from any point of the house was amazing and that is understated. You have to be there to understand. Mr. Lignos, the house owner was very helpfull for all our inquires and his hospitality except the usual very proffesional approach included fresh morning eggs from his own chicken and delicious spinach pies made to perfection from his mother! What can i say: money well spend in a unique experience! Amazing Greek hospitality!!

Nikos looked after us and made us feel so welcome. He brought us wine and fresh eggs and even gave us a lift to ferry and supermarket as we didn’t realise we needed a car. His mothers cooking is amazing and we loved just staying in the villa. It’s very quiet but that’s what we wanted. Great gym! Basketball and tennis and swimming off the beach next to property. Really can’t Think of anything! Maybe the menu prices could have been on the menu, so we knew how much to order and what Potentially it would cost.

Amazing location near a close to private beach. The house is great with many possible activités that parents and kids enjoyed. Nikos and his family are excellent cooks. I have particularly liked the fact that there was a full cleaning of the house at mid-stay

Nikos house is just set in an amazing location with beautiful views in a very peaceful area of Paros. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Nikos is a great host and we will definitely come back.
