location is amazing except if there is a party till 5 am in the morning right from the hotel🤪

the rooms needs a bit if renovation. for this price bathroom looks like a hostel in Italy… lots of mold and not cleaned properly. toilet sit looks so ugly and old. young Staff has to speak better English for better communication.

Swimming Pool

Had paid USD 100 per night for half board which is quite expensive for off season as the occupancy suggested (2-3 rooms including us). Charged us for water and juice in the dinner which would have come for free had there been a buffet. Amount is not that big but even after requesting as it didn’t feel right, they couldn’t show us the courtesy to include it in the dinner plan we paid for as they are the ones who chose to make it ala carte instead of Buffet. This was actually our third time there. Not taking care of this little detail will make it our last time there.

Pool was lovely, location was grate the time we went was out of season we knew about it so the beach was bit rough.

everything ! But to have a Ocean View and a Pool in the Hotel was Perfect! 😍👍🏽 and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We also liked the Dog from the Owner!!

The view is 5 start and that's what your paying for.

The shower was dirty. Their was a distinct smell of mould in the bathrooms. The floors were filthy in the room. And the fridge in the room was actually black with mould. The service was the worst iv experienced in my life. It took well over an hour to order, receive and then pay for a drink, so we ended up going to local bars instead. ( there were 10 rooms full in the entire hotel due to the economic situation, so there was more staff than guests) The buffet was grim to say the least, extremely dry, tasteless and lukewarm food. I would never stay again, we paid Western prices for a 5 star view but everything else was less than 1 star.

Great location right on the beach, big swimming pool, amazing ocean view from balcony, fridge and safe in the room, extra ordinary friendly staff, very helpfull, I was amazed how friendly people are in Sri Lanka. Food was great and big portions.

location is superb. pool was great. staff were difficult and not friendly. found lots of staff sitting around and not willing to help. dinner was very average so eat along the beach instead and have some fresh seafood. hotel could do with some repairs

Hotel location is perfect , good food

the pool bar service was awful also the waiters , and the bed sheets are not clean , lot of ants in the bathroom

One of the best we stayed in. We did Full board. Good value. Great location right in middle of beach. Nice clean pool and swim up bar. Nice beach towels. Food was buffet breakfast and dinner, good options. Lunch three options to pick. Flexible with check in for us as we were early.

The rooms down was not clean and they didnt give us two good rooms there was another building with elevator witch was good i took my mother and it was a disaster

Location and layout. The ayurvedic massage centre staff were very lovely and it was great to have it on site.

The porter coming into my room with a house key while I was on the toilet. He kept hanging around.

The property seemed to be an old Sri Lankan home. Beautiful architecture and lovely views of the water from our balcony. Decided to leave the balcony doors open and fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the shore. The staff were absolutely lovely as well. Unfortunately, we discovered the hotel on our last night. I would honestly have stayed every night of our stay here.

What’s not to like? The only thing which might have been better was to have a rain shower 😁 No complaints at all though!

Considering we arrived at the worst possible economic time for the whole country, the hotel did exceptionally well. In a time of power cuts, food and fuel shortages, you honestly wouldn't have known anything was going on in the country due to the hotels handling of it. The staff were so friendly and helpful, even decorating our bed for my husbands birthday and our last night. The pool is execellent, and the loaction is perfect - right on the beach. The rooms were clean and bright and well sound proofed, air con worked well. Beds are huge and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were a fairly good selection of buffet. Dinner was mainly sri lankan foods of good quality. Pool bar is a bonus and the seating around the pool and beach is plentiful. The on site ayurvedic spa is an excellent bonus. They organised us airport transfers both ways, and were helpful with things to do in the area.

Location is right on the beach with convenient access to other restaurants on the beach. Pool is great!

Breakfast and dinner are poor. They should give the B&B option for a lower price as the dinner is useless. No one answers the phone! There was no laundry bag in my room The safe is not attached to the wall and anyone can just come in and pick it up!
