quite noisy AC and owners dogs might be running on the rooftop and make noise too

A/c in one our rooms didn't work. They've fixed it later. There was no accomodation for our driver. He has to find a place on his own. There was not enough choices for the breakfast. the place where we had our breakfast is not comfortable and you have a lots of flies.

Spacious room with excellent AC. Bathroom was clean and spacious too. Excellent pool which was cleaned everyday. We selected Sri Lankan breakfast and it was tasty and fulfilling. Hospitality was top notch and the staff were really friendly to all of us. I would’ve given 9/10, but gave an extra point because they have a couple of cute and friendly Huskies who made the stay extra special. Will go again to play with them huskies.

Our room was in 3rd floor and the property doesn’t have an elevator (But the owner carried the luggage all the way to the room during the check in)

It’s distinctly average. Nothing wrong with it as such.

It’s impossible to have a quiet room. It’s noisy as it’s not sound proofed. The doors are difficult to close quietly. I can hear people walking above me.

The staff is really nice and caring. Food is good and inexpensive. The hotel is cleaned, well located, fresh and relaxing. Tip top for the price:-)

The staff was pretty friendly, the room was clean and tidy, and the pool was great. The room also had a nice balcony where you could relax and have a drink. Recommended!

Okay stay

A lot Russians live there and it feels like you are in there house... Breakfast is not fast but veeeeeery slow (1 hour for scrambled egg)

We had some small problems when we entered the room, but the day after they fixed everything and gave us a nicer room. The accommodation was overall nice and close to the sea. The owner was very nice and friendly and helped us with also some problems not related with the Hotel.

Absolutely value of money. clean and very close to beach .it has a nice swimming pool in case you want to cool off .Hotel stuff is very respectful and beds are with mosquito net .my balcony was very cute .it was facing an entire jungle

The room was spacious with a mosquito net & comfortable bed. A/C, hairdryer and a fridge too! We didn't have hot water in our first room so they moved us into another which had hot water & a good shower pressure. Breakfast had a good selection and the pool was clean and can use it anytime. We really enjoyed spending our time here while in Mirissa, within walking distance to the beach, the main road and a selection of restaurants, we didn't need to get a tuktuk anywhere.

The sunbeds around the pool were dirty and not cleaned the whole time we were there. The laundry service is very expensive compared to others around and took 3 days to be returned to us as they don't have drying facilities so had to wait for the sun to come out.

The swimming pool was nice even if the umbrella to get some shade was old and broken. Bed and bathroom were comfortable and the location was very good just a few steps away from the beach. Breakfast was good, they didn't have local food but we could get fruit, eggs and coffee /tea

The room wasn't the cleanest. There was hair in the shower's drainpipe and we found two contact lenses, one on the sink and the other on the floor. Having street dogs around the place can make it noisy and unpleasant at times, I almost step on one which was sleeping on our room's doormat. No big deals in general, just an OK place.
