Everything was great! The room was light and comfortable with a lovely balcony, the position of the property close to the main drag and right on the beach. The staff are lovely and helpful and the breakfast sat on the beach was great!

Property was beachfront. Rooms were basic and had air con. Breakfast was OK. Receptionist was lovely.

Property was very basic and didn’t provide any amenities. The breakfast was average. The bed was really creaky and loud. It left a very disturbed sleep. The property was located on the beach however, only provided a limited amount of sunbeds.I feel the staff could of made more effort. Additionally, food and drink should be at a reduced rate (5-10%) for hotel guest vs external visitors.

Wonderful location on the seafront. Excellent restaurant with good prices compared to others on the beach.

Every night the noise from the next door disco was unbearably loud to the point of the beds shaking. This went on until 2-3AM every night. Fine if you want to party but not good if you need to get up early to whale watch etc. Front desk situation also not good. Very rarely there and not great at providing tips. Had to ask for everything. Though when they did organise activities they were very good.

Echt een heerlijk hotel. De airco deed het top, de kamers waren schoon, de ligging was perfect en het personeel was echt heel top en vriendelijk en het restaurant is zeker aan te raden. De lekkerste burgers in heel Sri lanka en het avondeten + ontbijt was ook erg lekker.

Almost everything about the hotel was excellent from beach front location cleanliness, friendly welcome, staff engagement, standard of the rooms and value for money. There were plenty of tables and chairs for drinking and dining near or on the beach.

For a beach front location hotel I was very surprised how few sun loungers there were. I feel I should mention, as it may be important for future guests( although for my party it had no impact as we travelled by other means), that there is almost no parking at the hotel. I only saw 2 spaces and I'm not sure if they are for guests, staff or taxis etc

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Guests have direct access to the beach. Food was fantastic - appears to be a focus on good food.

We were upgraded to a bigger room as they were renovating. Having the beach and a restaurant right there is amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I really like the place I was.with my family on.vacation and there.is.a girl.from ratnapura very cute and beautiful and.really friendly.girl she is very nice , food was.amazing , I loved.the stay when im.back.i n.sri.lanka.ill.come.again untill.them. Ciao.ciao

Poor service by some staff, Oriya is the perfect example. Strangely on the last night there was a massive improvement after poor service night before Fridge could not be used as it was dangerous

The overall experience was not bad. Staff was friendly and attentive to requests. Food at the restaurant was really nice. Beautiful location and great beach front to relax.

Toiletries were not provided even though it was mentioned as available in the room info. Wasn't a deal breaker but would have been nice to have since we were expecting.

Location was the very best right in front of the beach and popular restaurants. Hotel restaurant was really good with a menu with western options. The standard room had everything including a fridge, AC, hotwater, and a spray gun outside to wash off the sand before getting into the room. Staff was very nice and helpful and the service was great. Absolutely excellent place to stay.

The location was perfect right on the beautiful beach! Staff all showed exceptional hospitality! Restaurant kitchen was very clean and the food was delicious! So romantic at night with the candle lanterns. We highly recommend the tuna steak and the Banana pancake (crepes) The room was very clean and comfortable with AC & WiFi. The shower in the room had hot water with good pressure!

The location and the atmosphere was great ! ! One of the nicest beaches . Food was also good..

The check in was 2pm and a checkout was not described and we assumed it was 12noon as usual but was rudely asked to vacate at 11am which made the whole stay sour.

I actually cried when I left here. That's how much I appreciated the staff. They were not perfect, but they felt like family and every person made an impact. Asanka allowed me to choose my own room on arrival and was always helpful. Rosie gave me a WiFi router just for my room when I complained that the signal was poor. I can't even remember all the names but literally everyone have their best. Hashan, Chaale, Kavir, Lesante, all made me very happy and comfortable. There were always smiles and conversation. Desmond was, of course, the winner for me. He went out of his way to make me happy, like I was his daughter. Even brought me little treats from his house like fresh milk, cake, snacks. He is one of the best people I've ever met and I am so grateful to have met him. The F&B offering was amazing. The cocktails were the best I had in the country and the food was always good. I especially loved the beef burger and the fish dinner where you select your own fish and they cook it up to your preference. A few reviews mentioned the noise from nearby parties. I honestly didn't have any issues. I stayed on the ground floor, sea side, but I slept pretty well. The location can't be beat. Many of Mirissa's best restaurants are very very near by as well as lots of cool souvenir shops and activities. There are many tuk tuks around and also bus stops just outside.

At that price point, I would've expected breakfast to be included and maybe a pool or some other facilities. They didn't clean my room during my stay, but they were very gracious and didn't charge me for my laundry to make up for it, which I appreciate.

It is family run hotel (two siblings) for past 8 years. I been coming here for all those 8 years, the place been updated, the bar is newly made and they made 2 level seating on the sand. It is a beachfront property, so all you need is outside your room.
