the rooms are good, the gardens are cute , no hotel for winter time

it does not have a bar , it has a simple cafetearían not for a 4 star hotel the place is a sport center so you gonna have a lot of people around. not good place for a couple if you do want privacy. the restaurant next to it is closed Monday to Wednesday.

The park, lake and view were very nice. Sports Facilities seemed very comprehensive, but for us was just a stopover. Restaurant was closed. It made it very expensive and difficult for a stopover.

The location is extraordinary nice and absolute perfect by rooms and Spa. The whole Spa and Sauna World is nice and comfortable. Nice clients around you, all relaxed, everything perfect clean. Car can be parked at site. Public transport to center only 5min away.

NO possibility to get any drink after 20:00. All service in hotel closed - even you come out of Spa and feel dehydrated. One bottle of water for two persons at the room, no minibar, no drink cooler in the corridor, no bar, absolute nothing. Next sources are a beach bar aside (often closed) and a marina club bar appr. 25min walk away. This is an absolute NoGo for a wellness and Spa hotel! The price also doesn't cover a breakfast. Not so critical like the drink service problem. Offer of team at desk (after request): "You could order something to drink - by phone at Pizza Service" (delivery?!?). What?! 100 for the location and hotel itself, 0 points for the service, sorry 😥

Personnel is very friendly an helpful, better than usual/expected when compared to other hotels in this price range.

It was clean and location was great. The cleaning Staff and the Bistro staff were very delightful.

There was no room service for a 4 Star hotel with the high price. The restaurant was not on the property but outside and the kitchen closed an Hour before the time. The reception Staff were not so friendly. I would almost think a little bit biased. I kept speaking in German but the reply was in English as if they assumed that a man of color must speak a different language. I asked to Book Breakfast for the complete trip at the Reception but the bistro had no idea about it. The Bistro Staff were good enough to provide me one. I think they are overworked and understaffed but still the stress is part of the job and a smile on the face would be nice.

Quiet with plenty of equipment for sport/spa/relax

No shampoo not soap in the bathroom. breakfast is really cheap. You have to pay extra for the croissants (abt 2.30eur per piece)

Staff was willing to help

First room was not with lake view as booked, breakfast non existing. Second day breakfast was again an issue. For 450 Euro I can expect a sufficient breakfast and to drive hungry to a job.

Great stay they were very accommodating and supportive.
