Amazing staff, the hotel is really good and clean. The swimming pool was nice and the overall vibe was just good! Perfect place to stay for a weekend break away from Bangkok. The beach is around 7-8 minute walk, not really far and it was not a problem to back to the hotel even late at night.

I would like to complain and request for refund for having a disasterous day at LIMA DUVA Resort when we checked into room 225 we found the water heater was not working when we got wet from the heavy rain. The hotel reception said they don't have maintenance person available and changed our room to 224 after waiting for 30 minutes. Then as we just got into the room 224 the power blackout happened for another 30 minutes with no backup generator and after that no water pressure to have a shower. This is not the standard room nor the hotel booking should be associated with the bad service and maintenance during this critical covid-19 period. Please I would like to have my refund back for the room payment. 1. Bad Service 2. Not helpful 3. Not service mind especially with the front staff with gold color hair and short. *** No action from the Hotel, No one who on duty even front office manager give a call to talk with me. only me to followed up pass through booking.com. with no refund *** only one time and last time with bad experience in this hotel. Not recommended to stay here.
