Our guests said the toilets were terrible, the place was not clean they had no facilities had to keep asking for everything. Not worth that much money for sure !

The property is a bit contradictory, some parts are really fine while others leave a lot to be desired. Common spaces are generally good but the rooms are pretty basic.

Rooms are not that great but good enough if you can get it for cheap.

Good location. Staff helped to load and unload the luggage. Restaurant inside the hotel was very expensive.

Washrooms were pretty old and not seemed very clean. Late night parties in the hotel were disturbing. My room was next to reception counter that was pathetic.

The hotel.was very well maintained a d the family who owns is always available for any support. Very nice and polite staff. Food is amazing. Mr. Hitesh at reception is exceptionally polite and helpful and same is entire staff. Strongly recommend.

The property was previously named as Dream Palace and now they have changed it to Kaner Bagh. I must say the property is a combination of heritage and modern both. The rooms and reception area will give you the heritage feel and restaurant will give you modern feel. They have made a whole new restaurant and swimming pool. Just have at least one meal at their restaurant I am 100% sure you will love the ambiance and food both. Bhatti ka paneer and laccha paratha were out of the world. Location of the property is just awesome as you will get everything on 3 to 4 mins walk. Amazing experience.

Poor room service, took 1 hour for morning tea after the order. no focus on daily room cleaning, bathroom flush was not proper, geyser size was small. No toilet kit in bathroom, towels were not good. TV was not working. Late night party noise from restaurant coming to room. Not value for money

We had a wonderful stay at Kaner Bagh hotel. Our room was beautiful, the property was stunning and the facilities amazing. We would fully recommend to anyone visiting Udaipur looking for some well priced luxury. Raj and his staff really looked after us and we had a lovely stay.

Absolutely amazing place in the heart of the city udaipur. I loved the new restaurant and bistro lounge and the new architecture that they have done. Have visited this place previously and truly they have notched up the experience of property to a next level. The rooms are very spacious and the approach of the hotel is the best part about this place. Amazing owners and staff members. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone going to udaipur.

Hotel is located in one of the best locations of Udaipur and have a heritage look to it. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable. We just stayed here for one night and it was a memorable one. Hotel staff is very well trained and know Udaipur really well. I think they have recently renovated the space as few common areas including restaurant. Good option to stay in the city centre.

We had amazing stay at Kaner Bagh. The property was previously named as Dream Palace. The hospitality was very good staff was welcoming and experienced. Location of the property is great as everything is with the reach. Very good option to stay as compared to the price. Food was also very tasty.

Our stay at kaner bagh was just amazing. There are quite a few things to mention about this property. Firstly the property is newly renovated and has all the modern amenities the swimming pool is a major plus. The location of the property is one of the best in Udaipur with all the tourist attractions are nearby. The main thing is that the property had space for parking which is not available with most of the hotels. The food was delicious and staff is very courteous too.

Food and restaurant service was good

When we went there they said they only have two rooms left in the entire hotel. We checked in and the rooms were stinking of cigarette as the rooms that we got didn’t had openable windows. They sprayed some room freshener but the stink was so strong on which we asked for room change . They refused .. Then we asked for refund so they said that we will change to new rooms (which were better ) The lobby was also stinking of cigarette Flush was not working properly in that and the shower was least maintained On ordering the Tea in morning he brought the Tea in cups (not in a kettle) on 2nd floor that too open
