* Nice, clean flat, comfortable * Enough room for 2 adults + 1 kid (2y) + 1 cat + 1 standard pushchair + 2 bikes + 1 bike pushchair (still comfortable with all this stuff) * All you need in the kitchen included * Perfect coffee and deserts downstairs

* No wi-fi (however, it is not mentioned on booking, so mine mistake) * Italian "hot" water in shower (not even warm if you open it on max flow+max temperature, but not cold) - to find hot water decrease the flow by half and wait * Coffee table near the sofa was not very baby-friendly, because the glass on it is NOT attached to the legs (engine particularly)

The ease of entry to the Apartment & the exceptionally polite & friendly nature of the host.

The host/ support person explained the operation protocol of all the gadgets in the apartment. He also provided the whereabouts of the nearby shops for groceries & so on essentially required for easy & quick adjustment in new place.

The pizzeria downstairs

Staff unfriendly. They want you to get the keys 10 km far away from the apartment. They ask 50 euro for the cleaning and then they want you to clean and throw away the trash by yourself, otherwise they will apply a "penalty" of 80 euro. TV doesn't work. They ask 10 euro per person for the towels. Don't choose this accommodation, even though it should be the cheapest option. 👎👎👎
