Nicely presented 1 bedroom flat - 8 minutes from high street, beach and Old town. The owner is very accommodating, for example helped us to find transfer solutions between the flat and airports etc. My family highly recommend this place.

There is no sea view, since the new building prevents the view. There would be nice to have a high chair on the kitchen to have it more comfortable with the bar desk. It requires a new water cooker on the kitchen The old one smells. Some new crockery on the kitchen, e.g. a small pot would be nice. You need to call the host and agree with him where you meet, since GPS will not bring you to the house. Also, better address of the apartment would help to find it by car.

The Apartment is located near the old town Budva (5-10min walk). Very quiet neighborhood. There is a big supermarket near, shopping mall, cafes and restaurants. Very good location. The owner is very polite and can give you information where to go and the best options how to get to any location near Budva. The Apartment is very big and comfortable. I highly recommend it to everyone, especially for families. Has big terrace where you can sit, relax and drink your morning coffee.

The apartment has an amazing location and a stunning view. Except for its exceptional location, it is new, very clean and comfortable. One of the greatest perks is that, even though it is in the city center, the neighbourhood is very quiet and enjoyable. We stayed there for 4 nights and didn't have a single complaint. Everything is at a walking distance, from sightseeing locations to nightlife destinations. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, the best value for price you can find in Budva!
