The sheer model of this hospitality offer. Excellent location, superb staff, 24 hours cafe offering beverages and snacks, reasonable room rates.
Perhaps some changes in the breakfast menu as it becomes a bit boring if staying for long. But special thanks to the restaurant staff.

The services in Historico Central Hotel were outstanding. We stayed a week and found the staff to be friendly, ready to help, and good at their respective jobs. Breakfast was included in the rate, with table service and many options in what to order. Roberto was an outstanding waiter, whom we looked forward to seeing. The central location of the hotel meant that we were in an ever-busy spot, but our room was quiet and comfortable. As we were there for a week, it was a bit snug but we were not aiming to spend much time in it. We could walk to some excellent restaurants, the the Palacio de Bellas Artes, the Zocolo, artisan markets, Museo do Artes Popular, and getting an Uber to go to farther reaches never took long. Many of the hotel guests told us they return to this hotel whenever in Mexico City, and we can see why.
Would have been happy to have a room that was a bit larger, but our room was comfortable and well-equipped.

We booked a very nice tour through the hotel to Teotihuacan.

The hotel is clean and neat and every single employee was calm, cheerful, courteous and helpful beyond belief. The free breakfast was expected, but they also have a wonderful little café with free coffee, sandwiches, soup, pastries, snacks, etc that are available 24/seven.
The building itself is a historical building, beautifully restored, and sitting in the light and plant-filled atrium nourishes the soul.
We arrived too late to enjoy any of the amenities our first night. Not their fault.

Best hotel in Mexico! From the wonderful, helpful, friendly staff to the free fruit & water this hotel is just amazing. The location is brilliant you are in the center of the city yet it is very quiet. Walk 2 minutes to everything. Their cafe offers free 24/7 food and drinks to guests! Can you believe it? It’s true salads, soaps, pasta, pizza plus hot & cold drinks. I’ve stayed here twice and will definitely go back! 💯

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The included breakfast was great as was the cafe. The cafe menu was small but satisfying.
The room was comfortable and clean. Free cold water bottles and apples on each floor along with recycling bins for the water bottles.
The hotel itself was beautiful and the location was great.
The staff was very attentive and helpful.

Breakfast at the hotel was amazing! The fresh pastries every morning are a big plus in my book. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure that me and my children were comfortable at all times.
There is nothing not to like about Historico Central. This is now my #1 preferred hotel in CDMX.

One staff member at the cafe wasn’t very friendly and I felt like I was bothering them. They acted a bit annoyed and would ignore me. I wasn’t asking for many items just a coffee drink. All the other staff members were great as usual.

Location is in the heart of the Historic District - easy walk to many wonderful sites, including Alameda Park and Palacio de Bellas Artes. The staff speaks excellent English. The staff was amazing and caring - when a backpack with our Ballet Folklorico tickets was stolen while we were at a sidewalk cafe (NOT AT THE HOTEL) and the Ballet Folklorico venue refused to re-issue our tickets, the staff arranged for Orchestra seats for us that night. The breakfast is delicious, and the coffee appeared in seconds after we asked for it. We loved having the free snacks, coffee, and tea available 24/7. Wonderful to have refrigerators filled with cold water bottles on every floor - so convenient and easy!

Wonderful place. The breakfast was delicious. My room was a great size and value. (Junior suite.) The location was perfect for my first time in Mexico City. The staff was also very helpful.
I really can't think of anything. It is not the biggest gym. But- it has weights and some equiment. I did weights and ran outside. Mexico City is a great city to run in. (And walk!)

Great hotel with perfect location in the Centre of the city. Very good free breakfast. Free coffee and nonalcoholic drinks all day which is very useful in the hot weather. Also free food 24 hours. Very nice staff ready to help always.

Great location that was walkable to many sites. Large room with two balconies to the street that was quiet at night. Staff were excellent! Having the all inclusive food and beverage cafe was an unusual but appreciated benefit. Coffee was much better than the breakfast service.
