Great location between Porec and Rovinj, beautiful beach on 10 minutes drive from the house, grocery shop on 20 minutes drive from house. House looks like on the pictures, we were with 8 people and we all loved it.

We were a group of 8 people coming for our third time to Istria for our holidays.
-We were surprised to see an air conditioner in every room (not all villas in Croatia have an air conditioner), as well as super comfortable beds and sofa, so we slept very well during the night :)
-The hosts have been super helpful and reactive to any questions we had, as well as they have made our stay private and comfortable.
-The pool area is fully private and closed, so we did not see anyone around.
-There is an amazing restaurant just 400 meters away from the villa in Gradina.
-Great value for money!
