Nous avons installé un système d'eau sous pression et le réservoir qui vous permet de profiter d'une douche complète, même si la pression du réseau est tourné vers le bas sur l'île, pendant les périodes de sécheresse. Les panneaux solaires assurent l'eau chaude et le thermoplongeur sauvegarde les soutient.
Un grand réservoir d'eau de pluie souterraine fournit de l'eau pour le système d'irrigation qui arrose le jardin pendant la nuit, en gardant le jardin en beauté.
La villa est confortablement meublées dans un style contemporain et détendu. La porte d'entrée principale débouche dans le plan ouvert salon / cuisine avec table à manger au siège 8 et colonial meubles en rotin. Le salon TV séparé est équipé d'un "smart TV 50, toute la maison est pris en charge avec une connexion Wi-Fi. Le salon et la télévision ont des planchers de bois dur. Le salon et la cuisine disposent de 2 climatiseurs, de 2 ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon et d'un dans le salon de télévision.
La cuisine est bien équipée avec four électrique, frigo américain / congélateur avec de l'eau froide et distributeur de glaçons. Couverts et verres, y compris les verres acryliques utilisés à l'extérieur, pour 8. Un lave-vaisselle et lave-linge compact 17 kg.
Le rez-de-chaussée dispose de 3 chambres (1 salle) et une salle de douche familiale / wc. La suite au 1er étage maître unique est accessible par les escaliers en bois dur. Une belle chambre avec plancher de bois dur et plafond voûté "décapé" crée une belle chambre spacieuse, avec US King Size (UK Superking), lit. Une grande cabine de douche, w / c et le marbre, miroir zone de vanité. Le walk-in / dressing a beaucoup de penderie et rangement et abrite le coffre-fort personnel pour vos objets de valeur.
Chambre 2 a un lit queen bois franc belle, (UK King) salle de douche / WC, meuble vasque en marbre avec un grand miroir et placards.
Chambre 3 avec lit queen (UK King) et placards intégrés, partage la salle familiale de douche et wc avec Chambre 4 qui a un lit queen (UK King), une armoire avec des tiroirs et miroir.

Le jardin arrière est spacieuse et privée avec petite table ronde et des sièges. Il y a 6 tailles longues pleines pour utilisation à côté de la piscine. Une chute d'eau dans la piscine se met en marche automatiquement, un siège au sein de la piscine est un bon endroit pour se refroidir. La piscine est maintenue deux fois par semaine pendant votre séjour.
Il y a une douche extérieure supplémentaire et w / c à côté de la piscine. À côté de la terrasse, vous trouverez un bar séparé avec évier et réfrigérateur. Un barbecue à gaz Charbroil à quatre brûleurs, avec gaz fourni.
Inclus dans votre séjour est membre de The Beach House, un beau club de plage situé sur la plage, donnant sur les Caraïbes. À seulement 4 minutes à pied de The Beach House a un membres seulement piscine avec chaises longues et un accès direct à la plage. Palm Tree Villa is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. The whole experience of booking and dealing with Jules was exceptional. We had our flights cancelled due to a hurricane and there was a lot of back & forth to sort this all out and not loose out on our holiday. Thank you for your patience Jules! We didn't get to meet the property manager but they were in contact via WhatsApp if we had needed them. There is a concise manual in the villa which tells you everything you need to know for trips, restaurants, beaches, taxi & buses. The villa itself is spacious and well-maintained, and had everything we could possibly have needed for our stay & the air-con is a welcome relief. All the beds are fantastic & comfy, lovely big American style ones. Got to watch Wimbledon on their TV which was a pleasant surprise for me! The outside space is great and the pool is ideal to pop in and out of from the heat. The location a few minutes walk to restaurants, supermarket & the beach club (which they have passes for in the villa). Thank you Jules and Michael, you have a beautiful home in Barbados.

I don’t know where to start with this property. It is absolutely beautiful, I actually don’t think the pictures do it justice. It immediately felt like home, it had everything we could possibly need. Communication from Michael and Jules was wonderful, they were very attentive and made sure that they were able to meet our individual needs. We travelled with a 8 month old and they ensured that we had a suitable cot for her. In addition, we were unaware that it was a bank holiday the day after we arrived, which meant we’d be unable to buy food from the supermarket, so the hosts arranged for essential food items to be waiting for us on arrival. I can’t begin to express how grateful we were for this. Both the house manager and housekeepers were just as lovely and attentive, everyone we came into contact with with regards to this booking was absolutely wonderful.
The location of the villa is so close to bars, restaurants and shops and was just perfect for us. We would absolutely stay here again and I’m just sad our trip wasn’t longer.

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Tree Villa - it really is a home away from home. Communication with the property owners and the property manager were very good. We had a smooth check in and enjoyed our stay very much. The location is brilliant - a large supermarket is a few minutes walk away, as well as some local restaurants and bars. Access to the beach club is a wonderful bonus. We would recommend Palm Tree Villa as a great place to stay in Barbados.

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Tree Villa - a group of 7 of us. it was really comfortable and spacious. The open plan kitchen living area worked really well and was a lovely sociable area we could cook, eat and relax together. The bedrooms were perfect with fans and air con to keep cool. We also made use of the BBQ/outside area which was nicely protected from the mosquitoes.
Jules was very helpful with tips and advice before and during the stay. Jan and her team looked after us well and were great responding to any questions we had.
We loved the pool and garden where we did morning yoga, sunbathed and relaxed. It really is a well planned place for a family or like us a group of friends to stay.
The location was fantastic. Close to everything. We used the beach club most days, local supermarkets, great restaurants and above all the beautiful beach with sunsets. We explored the island beyond by bus and car. Bus stops are very near to the villa and are very frequent. It is a great island to discover and we had a wonderful memorable holiday, in wonderful surroundings. Would love to return. Thank you Jules & Michael.

Such a perfect villa in a fantastic location.
This villa has catered for everything you could possible need. We have had a fabulous holiday, wonderful memories made. The owners, housekeeper and cleaning lady Deborah have been brilliant, always very helpful and attentative. Highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Holetown.

The villa was so well equipped it had everything you could possibly need it really was home from home and more.
The ice maker on the fridge was fantastic😊 The pool was perfect for cooling down after a relax on the sun loungers😎. Late afternoon the rooftop terrace was great for catching the last rays. Location was excellent it was central to holetown close to beaches, restaurants and shops.
The team looking after the villa were always on hand if there were any queries.
We will definitely use this villa again. Thank you Jules and Michael for making this wonderful villa available to our family.

We loved the outdoor area it served our needs quite well. All matters that happened were immediately taken care of. Property owners are a pleasure to deal with. The pool was lovely! We had to request that 2 more pillows be dropped off and they were there that afternoon. The service people that needed to come for different reasons were prompt. My husband and I loved Barbados and would like to return again. This time we will need a larger home as we have a very large family.

Our family created wonderful memories at the Palm Tree Villa. The hosts were very accommodating, and the property manager and housekeeping staff were helpful and attentive. From the large and beautiful bedrooms to the extremely well equipped kitchen, the property exceeded our expectations. We certainly hope to stay at Palm Tree Villa again. Lovely property which for our family of 6 adults & 1 infant worked really well. The BBQ & pool were really good & allowed us to have some really great family time whilst our baby needed to be in house.
Location is great, with a wide range of restaurants to suit pocket & style.
Only negative for area was high cost of taxis. They charge per person & not vehicle so a 5km trip was costing 50 US.

Palm Tree Villa was such an amazing find - it could not have been more perfect, and exceeded our expectations by miles. The whole experience from booking to check out was flawless - the hosts, Jules and Michael, were so responsive to enquiries - and huge thanks to Jules for spending so very long on the phone to me, providing tips for everything from taxis, restaurants, days out, and where to go for the best cocktails ;) We had the absolute pleasure of meeting them both in Barbados - such a lovely couple, nothing is too much trouble. The property manager and housekeeping team were equally as fantastic - answering any queries almost immediately, and kept the place spotless! The villa itself it so very spacious and well-maintained, and had everything we could possibly have needed for our stay - we really felt at home (and the air-con is incredibly effective!). The outside space is fabulous too, and the pool a very welcome retreat from the heat. And as to location... well, everything really is literally a few minutes walk (restaurants, supermarket, beach - and a very handy coffee shop just steps away too). This property is in an ideal location for holetown and the rest of Barbados island.
The hosts are terrific and super helpful leading into the stay. And team over there also great and attended to things very promptly.
We got a little unlucky with the weather so that sort of impacted the overall stay but that wasn’t anything to do with the property - just meant we had to re think our activities and how much we couldn’t use outdoors etc. definitely go back.

Palm Tree Villa proved to be a perfect stay for our family visit to Barbados. It was spacious enough to stretch out. It had all of the amenities need to accommodate staying in to cook as needed. The location was also terrific for quick access to restaurants, duty free shopping, and grocery supplies. There was one snafu with one the air conditioning units that was quickly addressed within hours of reporting the issue. Overall a wonderful experience and the hosts were attentive and gracious in their communication. I would definitely return.

We spent a super 2 weeks in this beautiful villa with shops and amenities in easy walking distance as well as some lovely restaurants. The pool was a Godsend.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Palm Tree villa.
The lead-up: We wanted to stay near the site of our friends' wedding at Sandy Lane, and Palm Tree villa fit the bill. Jules and Michael were almost immediately responsive to our inquiries and gave us some great suggestions for excursions to book during our stay (especially Silver Moon catamaran cruise). The property managers Stacia and Cathy were equally prompt and helpful.
The stay: The check-in process was clear and went smoothly. The house is just as advertised - beautiful, spacious, clean and suitable for a large party. It certainly could have comfortably accommodated twice the number of our 4-person party. The small pool was perfect for relief from the heat. Thankfully, the A/C units were up to the challenge of July heat and humidity and effectively cooled the rooms within just a few minutes.
The location was incredibly convenient to everything we were looking for during our stay. There was a great coffee shop no more than a 2 minute walk from the house. The restaurants within 10 minutes ranged from inexpensive to very posh and all lived up to expectations. A nearby Massy's supermarket provided all the in-house supplies we needed for the week.
Just as during the lead-up, the owners and property managers were remarkably communicative and welcoming. They were heads and tails above my previous experiences with rental properties and helped make this an unforgettable holiday in Barbados.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Palm Villa. The villa itself was beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The exterior space was beautiful and we loved spending our mornings by the pool before heading off to the beach. The location is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The hosts were very friendly and communicated well with us leading up to our stay. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful villa in a perfect location. Very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Communication with the owners was nothing short of excellent.
Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. As a family of 6 with an infant it was perfect for us. We didn’t use the beach house as we had everything we needed at the villa.
The house management and maintenance staff were also very helpful.
Would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking for a holiday home on the west coast.

We had the best time in palm Tree Villa which was ideal for our Xmas getaway with Friends. We were a party of 8 and the villa was perfect - very clean, nicely furnished, great location and well maintained. Couldn’t fault it!

This was a beautifully appointed property in a super area - 2 mins walk to beach, 5 mins to restaurants and supermarket. Easy to get to the rest of Barbados as many taxi’s around. Incredibly safe and friendly neighbourhood and perfect for teens wanting a bit of independence. The owners and property manager could not have been more helpful. We will be back!

The villa is everything you need. Comfortable, clean, well equipped, well maintained. Beds are big and comfortable with quality feeling linen. Lovely covered area outside to sit and great pool for regular cool offs. The beach club is a nice addition, nice big pool with loungers, beach access and a bar and restaurant that aren't part of it but you can get drinks etc from there. Lots of nice bars and restaurants within a short walk (we loved Calma). Great communication from the team re check in and out, when the housekeeper was coming etc. A well deserved 5 stars

Fabulous stay at Palm Tree Villa in Holetown. Villa has everything out party needed. Sadly didn’t get to use the fantastic outside kitchen. Communication with hosts amazing, maintenance issues dealt with promptly, service staff excellent. Wonderful base, close to beaches and restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

First trip to Barbados. The home was very nice. Close to things as described. “Club house “ only access to chairs. No bar, no bathroom access (all 3 were locked!), no music. Beach area associated with club just rocks. Extremely difficult to get into water!
Property itself was everything that was described and more than comfortable. Jan extremely helpful and accessible. Great communicator. I would stay in this property again!

Lovely villa in perfect Holetown location
My partner, friends and I had a fabulous week in this lovely villa, which is situated in Holetown within a five minute walk of the gorgeous beach. There are also some lovely restaurants, cafés and amenities in the area. We wanted for nothing during our stay and enjoyed taking dips in the small swimming pool, sunbathing in the garden as well as cooling down inside with the air conditioning mercifully running. Communication with the host and manager (not to mention the fabulous housekeeper Sandra) was always quick and easy. I would recommend this stay without question.

Our vacation in Barbados was wonderful. The owners, Jules and Michael, we’re warm and welcoming with excellent information well prior to our arrival on island. The Villa was excellent. Fantastic facilities and in a great location. Dealing with the owners and property management team was a pleasure. It was their obvious intention to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely return.

The perfect holiday accommodation
Beautiful villa which accommodated 3 couples comfortably. Very well equipped and superb location for all Holetown shops restaurants and bars. The owners and management were extremely helpful and supportive. We would definitely recommend this place

Spacious enough for our family of 7 adults and extremely well appointed - the villa was all we expected from the photos and more. In particular, the plunge pool and garden are both larger than we had imagined from the pics.
Communication with Michael and Jules was speedy and always helpful.
