Great location right next to kasbah/main square of medina. Can easily walk everywhere. Ras el maa 10-15min walk and great place to cool off on hot day. Spanish mosque maybe 45min walk. Underground/covered parking lot right next door for 50dirham/24hrs. Good internet and breakfast. Phenomenal rooms; clean, spacious, great AC.

Poor communication from staff and owner. Didnt really respond to booking messages. And do not let them tell you that your booking reservation is cancelable for a lower tariff (when reservation says clearly not cancelable). You can email or call them to reserve a room outside of booking for lower tariff.

2 nights stay, went so well and the place was clean and the staff helpful and welcoming. Excellent kitchen cooks too!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The rooms were modern, clean, & spacious, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly & helpful, and it’s just a short walk to the medina!

The view from the patio/terrace was great of the mountains, the room was clean bathrooms also clean The breakfast was normal, however the location of the hotel is perfect you don’t need a car to see most of Chefchaouen from here I would stay here again

just was a little throw off there wasn’t a drain for the excess water from the shower but noticed in Morocco most places just have one drain. However the bathroom was really clean on arrival

they wouldn’t charge my card. said machine was broken. made me walk two blocks downhill to atm to get cash. tried to charge higher amount for euro dollar diff (they were equivalent at this time), tried to charge more for taxes than booking showed. wouldn’t provide real receipt for cash payment.

Great appt in a brilliant location. Wafi who works there was very helpful and arranged a taxi for us.
