Everything was amazing. The apartment is clean and well-equiped. The host was kind and helpful. Good localisation.

Comfortable apartment when staying in Split. Yes, it is not in the Center or near the Riva but in 10 minutes you’ll be there by foot. We had no troubles with parking the car in of front of the apartment for free! This two-bedroom apartment is ideal for a group of 3 persons and you will feel right at home in the nice open living room.
Supermarket is around the corner and the beach and Center are within 10 minutes reach by foot.
Keep in mind that the apartment is on the top 4th floor and the building has no elevator.

Nice apartment in calm area. Hosts are great, met us outside, explained everything about area and gave good advices on the city. It was easy to find a parking spot next to apartment. Good deal for the price.
For me it was a bit disturbing that apartmen was in basement with small windows. It was a bit moist and had some specific smell. May be for other people it will be ok, but I found it a bit disturbing.

We felt like home :) This apartment in split had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We got the ground floor apartment. Our favorite part was the washing machine and the kitchen with absolutely everything to be able to cook our home cooked meals. It was very comfortable. 10-15min walk to every important location, it was perfect. Including the clinic for PCR! only 10 min walk! the beach, the bus station, the city center, all walking distance. The place was clean and with all extra amenities for cleaning and washing. We loved that. Super comfy bed, extra blankets and clean crispy towels, many of them which we also enjoyed very much! and great sofa bed in the living room, perfect to chill after a whole day out. We enjoyed everything about this place. Thanks so much. We totally recommend it!

Beautiful, fully equipped and clean apartment only 10 minutes walking from Bačvice beach and city centre. Market right behind the corner. Free parking place beside.

Excellent location - the beach, city centre, shops etc. everything is just couple of minutes away by walking! Great value for the apartment.
