I love that the bar is open 22/23 hours a day 7 days a week, they sell a large variety of drinks as well as food. the staff were super friendly and really helpful!

Let's start by saying that the room we got wasn't showed in the picture here on booking. We got a room with old furniture, the shower needs curtains, the maids didn't clean properly our room. The first thing we saw was the bathroom which was dirty, it has some beard hair from the last guy who stayed before us, there was a lipstick stain under the sink and the mirror was full of dust and sketches of toothpaste, and the sheets were dirty too. The first day we found istant coffee, sugar and milk but during the others day they never filled up so we had to buy coffee and sugar by ourselves. They changed our toilet paper after 4 day because WE asked them for! They didn't change our coffee cup so we had to do the washing up in the bathroom. We knew that Laganas is full of drunk people, and the came at the hotel really late (4 a.m.), they were too loud but for the owners this seemed to be ok, but not for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at the panorama hotel. The staff were some of the kindest hotel staff we have ever come across and made us feel very welcome! Everything also sold at the hotel bar was great value for money (4 euros for a pint size cocktail and breakfast meals from 2.50!) Also very convenient location - close to strip and beach!

Could do with a shower curtain in bathrooms but otherwise everything was amazing and was very good value for money!

The breakfast was class. Staff were amazing and so happy to help at every request. The cleaners were extremely thorough and the location was ideal for our holiday. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Everything was great, location, room and most importantly staff was perfect. Best staff i have met in all the islands i have been to. Prices were also low and affordable in drinks and food in the hotel.

Location was great, walking distance to the main strip and beach. Staff were great! Friendly and easy to talk to.. Brought a nice family run feel to the business. Value for money was surprising! Rooms kept clean with new sheets and towels changed everyday.

The beds weren't very comfortable over a long stay and it would have been nice to have a double rather than 2 singles.
