1) Automatic check-in crashed after I had selected a room on the airport side. A staff member kindly helped me however didn't ask which side I preferred and I ended up on the other side 2) Rooms are tiny and there is no separate bathroom

La cercanía al aeropuerto.

No nos dejaron juntos con mi familia y la habitación nuestra era mucho más pequeña comparada con la de ellos.

Het personeel is zo lief en behulpzaam

Locatie is perfect, goed ontvangst, snel kunnen uitchecken en prima faciliteiten. Kamer zelf prima geregeld, lekker bed, alles schoon en grappig om alles met de iPad te kunnen bedienen.

Kamer is gehorig, weet niet of ik snel terugkom door de geluidsoverlast. Zowel van de gang/andere kamers als het verkeer buiten het hotel. Dit had ik beter verwacht, ondanks dat je bij de luchthaven zit, gezien de prijsklasse.

Ideaal concept voor een hotel dichtbij het vliegveld! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, ook heel vroeg in de ochtend een prima start van de vakantie!

Het is niet heel goedkoop, komt door de locatie. Het eten is oké niet heel bijzonder.

Perfect location for late flight in and early flight out. Short walk from the terminal. Perfect.

Prima accommodatie voor een nacht. Dicht bij vliegveld. Geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijt maar zag er prima uit

Meteen naast Schiphol, modern hotel en erg schoon. Check in gaat via touch screens en is efficient.

Prijs kwaliteit, het is wel echt heel duur

Original and creative check-in was fast. The room was futuristic-looking, like something out of Star Trek - very comfortable. A walkway connected the property to the airport so it was very easy to go between them. Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to answer questions.

Great location. Seriously comfy. Loved the relaxed eating / drinking area. Good food at reasonable prices

Tried to follow google maps instructions from airport to hotel. Walked twice as far. Easy walking instructions would be good on web

The casual and relaxed modern ambience. The lobby area is spacious and welcoming and the person who helped us check in was very helpful with navigating the computerised self service check in system.. Our room was compact and ultra modern but beautifully executed so it still felt cosy, the bed and bed linen were gorgeously comfortable. The airport departure lounge was literally 5 mins walk away

Extolling the virtues of giving 3 euros to charity if you don't have your room cleaned every day seemed pointless. Who stays at an airport hotel more than two nights? Two small things could make a bigger difference to the environment. Such as being able to adjust the room temperature lower than 18oC. Does it really need to be set at 25oC? Same with the shower, set at 40oC with no ability to take a cold shower.

Close to the airport, clean room, innovative and creative design

Shower didn’t have hot water. When you arrive at night and book a hotel to sleep in for 5 hours to fly again, the last thing you want is to take a cold shower. Should be checked by staff and fixed, it should not be a problem for guests at all.

Prima voor een vroege vlucht

Het was vies!!!afvalbakjes waren vol , kfc afval in het kastje. Geen gebruik douche omdat de vloer te vies was om op te staan

The shower/bathroom unit, the iPad controller, the RGB lights, the 24/7 availability of food & drinks. All of this at what I would consider quite a reasonable price. Also, the self check-in and check-out is very nice.

The room is small, but honestly if that's the only thing (and it is the only thing) then it's a price I'd pay for all of the amenities and other benefits every single time. Love the business model of this place, it's very cool.

The food was poor,lacking in selection and tasteless in some cases(pizza) The breakfast selection wasn’t great either and hot food was tired and cold Overall the hotel was excellent but the food let it down , We went over to the Hilton hotel for evening food

Sehr freundlich,sauber,modern und man hört nix vom fluglärm in den Zimmern.Es gibt Zimmer mit direkten Blick auf den Flughafen,tolles Erlebnis.

Hier fällt mir nix ein.
