Mainly, very friendly personal. SPA. Free, although small, parking spot. Overall, clean and quiet. Verity of meal - man may get fish, veal, chickens, vegetables, pizza and different options of pasta, different fruits and deserts.

Few little things: 1. Looked like the restaurant is short of waiters and waitresses - sometimes the guest has to search or wait for the table preparred. Besides, some waitresses were not so customers oriented, as the firs answer on the question was "Do not know" or "Do not think that we have...", instead of "Let ma see what I/We may do for you". 2. 4-star hotel asks for a deposit in cash for the towels and bath wardrobes and charges extras manually, when got the guest's credit card. Looks weird! 3. Man change room in the SPA is rather "useless" as there is no even "hanging hooks" in there (did i miss something?). Besides, if man wants to use the box to leave own clothes, it requires 1 or 0.5 euro to close it. Is this 4-star service??? BTW, met strange logic in SPA - one or another sauna or turkish bath did not work and required to call personal to on it.

Staff were great. It was basic but clean and well looked after. Location is good, bus stop right outside for getting to port and other towns.

Food was OK. there was a lot of food, more than can be eaten so I would prefer less choice but better quality. if you arrive first thing in the morning food is fresh and eggs are runny but if you come down later then it’s been sat under the lamps for ages. I don’t think chefs can keep up. i would be interested to know how much goes to waste.

The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The breakfasts were good and the restaurant staff were very attentive.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

I booked this hotel as it was near the hospital, my partner had broken some bones. We were able to walk to it every day. It was close to the beach and shops. Staff were all friendly and approachable. I can’t thank the staff enough for all their help, especially the receptionists . Food was delicious and a great selection of food. Our nice room on the ground floor with a balcony. I have been telling everyone what a great hotel this is and I will definitely go back again for a holiday.

the food was plentiful but basic and not good quality (meat was tough). buffet badly laid out. most of the buffet serving staff were morose( there were a couple who smiled!) Same old dishes again and again , just changed to the sprinkles on top or dressing (most of which had unpleasant taste). the sheets were not regularly changed, or the bin in the bathroom emptied, my room smelt of “feet”this was traced to the pillow! which was then change, but should have been noticed at change round! 4* hotels do not charge a deposit on pool towels! under no circumstance is this a 4* hotel. It is however, exceptional value for money and should be rated 3*.
