Les chambres sont nickel et conformes aux photos de l'annonce.
Une ambiance bien tropicale et reposante avec leur piscine au centre de l'hôtel entouré de ces palmiers.
Un personnel souriant et réactif. Un service très efficace et rapide.
Un de mes meilleurs choix d'hôtel à ce jour pour passer des vacances au soleil dans les meilleures conditions.

The buffet was terrible - my wife got Food poisining!!
My Wife and I came to this Hotel for our anniversary towards the end of may. What was supposed to be 2 relaxing nice nights, turned into a terrible case of food poisining.
My wife had a salad from the salad bar, and ended up in the hospital with severe food poisining. We havent eaten outside the hotel, and the doctors in the emergency department confirmed it was food poising. Im a dr myself and quickly realized it.
The ladies at the receptionist were friendly and helpful when documenting our case, but we never got any reply. When I contacted the hotel via booking, it was not taken seriously and i was just told no its not from the hotel.

Location for beach and shops etc. Reception staff friendly. Room cleaned well. Pool bar very efficient when ran by certain member of staff.
The quality and choice of food. The miserable chefs who would only cook small batches of the one meat or one fish option meaning you stand and wait quite often. Entertainment dire. One night it was advertised but didn’t even happen. Treated again to loud disc type music which is most often playing by the pool. Not a relaxing break at all.

Very nice hotel, located in the center but very quiet. Nice big apartments but only for couples. Not for bigger families.

We booked this hotel because we stayed at the sister hotel Labranda Bahia De Lobos. We were a bit disappointed. This hotel is not 4 star.
Cleaners do not clean ... basic surface cleaning and mopped floor that's as far as it went ...
Restaurant was clean food choices were basic. The show cooking was good but every morning there was a 20mins wait for an omelette or longer in the evening as there was only a small amount of food cooked so the wait was long too.

Nothing we didn't like, but the room layout could be better so the bathroom wasn't inside the bedroom. Not very good for privacy especially if more than 2 were sharing the apartment.

They take all the bookings for Labranda Corralejo Village and then upon arrival in the evening they tell you you have to go to the other Los Lobos which isn’t as nice as this one. Very dishonest management

A very friendly hotel from Reception staff to Restaurant, cleaning and most so the entertainment guys. We booked a superb modern room (608) although no view from balcony but we didn’t mind as we were by the heated pool all day.
We enjoyed a great selection of hot food which was constantly freshly replenished.
The location was so close to the main Avenida… able to make the most of our all inclusive facilities as well as support the local trade.

The maintenance guy was very nice and came to remove a salamander from my room
Food was low quality and very unhealthy, bed not comfortable, room not well cleaned, receptionist was super uptight about masks even when just quickly walking through the door after a run to the pool. Some countries in Europe aren't even making masks mandatory any more and I understand and tried to wear it whenever inside but she was extremely strict even just to quickly get from the pool to outside.

Great complex and location. Clean and tidy. All staff very friendly and very hard working.
The food offering was average for the price. Not as good as previous years but this could have been down to low occupancy due to covid.
Would be better if they offered a bed & Breakfast option or a self cater option rather than just All inclusive.

We loved the location and the layout of the property which meant everything was so convenient. Also all the staff were extremely helpful particularly Jayne on reception. Food was good and varied so plenty to suit all tastes. Rooms were spacious and easily accommodated 3 adults.

the location is ideal, near everything (beach, restaurants and shops) but quiet enough to get a good sleep. The decor is fresh and modern and it seems every room has a balcony/terrace which is a bonus. The pool area was lovely with plenty loungers.
The food was varied and tasty but it was rarely hot enough. Not so keen on the glass door to the bathroom being in the bedroom… it’s frosted but not at all private.

I didn't like that they didn't cater for English language with the entertainment couldn't understand the shows .And food was OK could been better.

The staff was always really nice and friendly.
Location is perfect, only 5minutes to the bus stop to the best beaches.
Food wasn't good enough quality, a bit boring and I have never seen anything typically Canarian on the buffet which is a shame.
