Sicuramente un punto forte di questa struttura sono gli animatori e le loro attività giornaliere, unica pecca parlano poco italiano e non tutti. Buono il cibo Ottima la pulizia della stanza e dei luoghi comuni Bella l'idea di fare una sala giochi con il bowling accessibile sia a grande che piccini, bel modo di passare una serata in compagnia...Simpatico e accogliente il barman di questo locale

La prima cosa da dire è che nessuno dello staf di questo resort parli italiano a partire dalla reception ad arrivare ai camerieri, la seconda cosa è che nel nostro letto c'erano 2 doghe rotte e 2 non c'erano proprio (ovviamente può capitare) siamo andati a segnalarlo e ci hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto subito, beh così non è stato...abbiamo segnalato nuovamente il problema nei due giorni successivi e non è stato risolto, al terzo giorno il ragazzo alla reception ci dice che dobbiamo chiamare noi dalla camera il numero dedicato alla manutenzione (numero che sul telefono della stanza non cera) al fine del soggiorno quando ci viene chiesto se era andato tutto bene abbiamo fatto presente la cosa e ci è stato risposto ci dispiace..beh anche a me è dispiaciuto aver dormito malissimo per 8 notti Pessima la pulizia delle piscine La piscina interna poco pulita e piccolissima per ospitare la mole di ospiti per la capacità della struttura, l'idromassaggio si può dire inesistente, capienza massima 5 persone in inverno sarà sicuramente inavvicinabile oltre alla capienza c'è da dire che viene indicata la temperatura tra i 32 e i 35 gradi beh non è così è quasi sempre molto più fredda Non consiglierei comunque la struttura ad amici o parenti

I liked the convenience of everything, the staff were friendly and helpful, refillable water taps, clean, many big pools, excellent entertainment and endless snacks and drinks. Food choices were lovely

Understandable but uncomfortable, the toilet in our room brought out fumes during the day, possibly due to the heat. This can be easily solved with toilet spray. I tried all the restaurants during my stay and they were fantastic apart from lorient, the waiter forgot that I ordered, only drinks available were water or beer, I had the entree and main then I was completely forgotten, the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. I left before I finished because they forgot me. I ended up having my dinner in the coral.

there were large beds shows in the evening large swimming pool the food was nice and varied, and served by kind people (due to covid), which makes it less wasteful

not a lot of activities for the kids between 12 and 16 no gliders at the swimming pool no possibility to book for the restaurant a la carte - no place anymore

db Seabanks Resort + Spa All Inclusive holiday feels like you are paying for the pool, the entertainment, the food and drinks. If you are not intrested in having the above included, then at €300 a night, you will find a much better hotel room to stay at in Malta. We moved hotel to a camera one (Paradise Bay Resort) and paid €120 including breakfast for a much better room with sea view. Positive: + This hotel has very friendly staff, they will go the extra mile to help you!! 5 Stars to them!!! + The main restaurant has a good (but a bit repetitive) selection of food and drinks. + The hotel is situated opposite one of the few sandy beaches on Malta. + The main bar is good and has a nice terrace overlooking the bay. + There is an adults only pool for over 16s that is nice and a bit quieter, it also has its own bar that is good. + There are plenty of sun beds and parasols and shade. + The aqua exercises are good and the team of staff by the pool deserves a 5 Stars rating!! + I keep going on about the staff! They really made our stay! From the cleaners to the managers! All excellent!

Negative: - The other restaurant that are included within the All Inclusive deal, are not worth the visit at all! We booked 3 of the restaurants and on 2 of them we could not eat the meat! The BBQ uses tuff (cheap) meat, so does the Brazilian. The food at those restaurants is low budget. - The rooms and the facilities are tired and will need a good update. Things keep breaking or do not work to start with. It seems the hotel does not have a procedure to check the rooms work before booking in the new guest. One of our 3 rooms had aircon not working. Called maintenance and they claimed they fixed it but the room took around 8h to cool down. The aircon has sensors and turns off if you walk out the room, so you cannot leave it on. Safes not working, maintenance called in to fix. Doorlock not working, maintenance called in to fix. Shower not working as it should. Water came out of bath filler, handheld shower head and fixed shower head at the same time. This time I got bored and did not call to get it fixed. - Towards the end of our stay (when UK schools are on holiday) the hotel got over crowded. We have long queues to both drinks and food. I appreciate that this is to the time of year.
