La massima accoglienza della reception. Siamo arrivate di notte e siamo state accolte da Eugenio che, non solo parlava benissimo l’italiano (forse l’unica persona in tutta la Romania) ma anche la super disponibilità e la prontezza di soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Nulla da togliere allo staff diurno. Gentili, disponibili ed anche professionali. Grazie, siamo state molto bene. Ritorneremo da voi sicuramente!

La stanza era poco illuminata. Mancanza di bicchieri/tazze. Ogni volta che pulivano la stanza toglievano qualcosa. Una volta i bicchieri, un’altra volta le tazze da caffè; essendo 3 ragazze soggiornando per tre notti avevano esigenza di averne almeno uno a testa. La mattina dovevamo scendere in reception a chiedere quel che mancava e salirlo in camera.

Posizione centrale, a due passi dalle vie del centro storico, a circa 10 minuti dalle fermate del bus che ci portano dall’aeroporto al centro. Struttura bene curata, pulita, personale cordiale, per il giorno del mio compleanno ci hanno offerto delle consumazioni gratis al bar dell’hotel

Unica cosa che ci ha poco convinto è stata la modernità dell’hotel, reception moderna e ben organizzata , ma le camere sono sembrate un po’ vecchie, per il resto è stato tutto perfetto

It was really clean, the furniture new, bed was confortable and the breakfast delicious.

The key to unlock the door it's extremely big and uncomfortable to carry it although they said you can leave it at the reception.

Location near city center and metro

The staff put back dirty used glass, and did not give me new glass. I could see the marks on the used glass. They charged me for more than i actually took from the minibar. Some staff is rude and are more interested to flirt with other staff members, than helping you. The breakfast area is way to small location, you bump into people all time. Next time i would rather check in Hilton Hotel or Grand Hotel.

The breakfast was simple but with options for everyone, the room was comfortable and the location was perfect, just from a walking distance to the university of Bucharest and with a metro station 3 min away

Location was 10 ,minutes from the center, room was clean and good, breakfast was very good.

Gym was very small. elevators were very small. no swimming pool

reception staff were very friendly and very helpful in sorting out a refund as I was moved from my booked room to an inferior room

The room I had booked was unavailable and I was moved to an inferior room. The air conditioning didn't work so the room was too hot and it was not possible to leave the window open at night because of street noise. I was disturbed by noisy residents talking and playing music in the adjoining room at 4am. Builders started noisy drilling work in an adjoining room at 8am.

Excellent location. A good sized room. I slept on a sofabed but it was comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. They even prepared a packed breakfast when we had a tour and leaving early.

When compared to other four star hotels, there wasn't a choice of sweets for breakfast.

Additionally, the shower enclosure's glass door lacks a stopper, which could potentially collide with the toilet bowl if not handled with care. Apart from these minor issues, there are no further concerns to report.
