Absolutely amazing exceptional stay in this beautiful and cozy hotel! staff are incredible they go above and beyond, specially Petronella & Keitherine! We had the most amazing time for our first visit in Romania for our anniversary. We had a little surprise from the staff such as cake, brandy and room upgrade to lounge access! Our room and bathroom were very spacious, spotless clean and pillows and bed were very comfortable, we slept like a baby and wanted to extend our stay! But unfortunately we had to go back to UK. Our room was facing the city with a good view. We would 100% go back and couldn't recommend this magical place enough you have to explore it yourself you will not be disappointed! 11/10

E o camera generica pentru un hotel de 5 stele, nu e nimic care sa te ia prin surprindere, nu e nimic wow, e doar o camera "corecta"

comunicarea, angajatii si lipsa de deschidere spre ajuta un client. Am sunat in avans sa anunt ca vreau sa iau o camera pt ca e ziua sotului si vrem ca dupa petrecere sa ne intoarcem in camera de hotel. Mi s-a spus sa rezerv linistita ca exista evident solutii, late checkout. Am facut rezervarea, am achitat-o, apoi am lasat mesaj in Booking legat de rezervare, specificand ca doresc late checkout inclusiv daca e ceva extra de plata. Nu mi s-a raspuns la mesaj, astfel pentru a ma asigura ca nu ii stric somnul de dupa petrecerea aniversara a sotului am sunat. La telefon mi s-a spus ca politica interna nu permite sa ma asigure in avans de late checkout si ca abia in ziua respectiva imi pot spune daca a ramas libera camera sau nu. Imaginandu-mi scenariul de a ne scoate din camera dupa ce am ajuns dimineata de la petrecere, am mai vrut sa am o discutie, nu am gasit nici deschidere catre comunicare mereu replica rigida,asta e politica era prima replica. Nici macar nu recomandau sa iau o a doua camera ca fiind cea mai simpla varianta. Astfel dupa 3 zile am realizat ca risc sa imi creez disconfort, camera luata nu aveam cum sa o mai anulez astfel ca am mai luat acelasi tip de camera cu aproape 200 de lei mai scump pt ca in tot acest timp nimeni nu a fost dispus sa ofere ajutor, consultanta,sustinere. La alte cazari cu mai putine pretentii am fost tratata cu mai multa atentie si respect. Dupa achizitia si celei de-a doua zi cu acelasi specific de camera am sunat sa rog sa uneasca cele 2 rezervari intr-una singura. Mi s-a zis ca e totul rezolvat. In ziua checking-ului domnisoara de la receptie mi-a subliniat ca am facut bine ca am specificat ca am pe booking 2 rezervari ca sa le uneasca intr-una singura. Deci toate comunicarile avute la telefon au fost niste fail-uri totale. Oameni pusi si invatati sa insele sau sa zica orice...hotel de 5 stele cu practici mojice de cartier...slab, nu as mai vrea experienta asta. Ar mai fi fost niste detalii, dar nu mai e loc...:(

Personal amabil și servicii de calitate. Pe parcursul sejurului am fost plăcut surprinsă de micile surprize din partea personalului si de amabilitatea lor.

It was a little out of the centre of town, and as the weather was quite hot, we ended up catching Ubers into town rather than walking all the way

It it the best choise that you can make if you want to stay in Bucharest !

The room was huge, a big space that you can barely find in Bucharest, the breakfast was varied and delicious.

It smelled cigars in the room, and for me it is very important to have a nice smell in the room as I can not sleep well.
