Great value for money at 130 euros per night right in the centre of Troyes and literally 2 minutes walk into the main plaza area. Rooms were a little tired perhaps but I'm nit picking when you factor in the value for money. Incredibly comfy beds worth a mention. Very friendly and helpful staff and onsite secure parking. Breakfast was very good also. Would stay again.

The hotel is very well located in the beautiful old part of Troyes. Easy walking distance to sights and restaurants. Breakfast was very good. The underground carpark with direct access to the hotel was a real bonus

don't attempt to drive to entrance and unload, it is not possible. go to garage and unload. use the lift to arrive at reception.

Very nice staff who made my dog and I welcome, great location and the parking made life easy.

Mattress was so old that I felt like I would roll out of the bed. Also there is no dinner option/room service on Sunday nights. I went out with my dog and found a lovely restaurant but after a long day of driving I would have much preferred to have dinner in the hotel.

Great location in the Center of the old town. underground parking right beneath the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff and breakfast was great and the old town is beautiful.

Charming property in the heart of Troyes. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a few steps from the hotel and yet the rooms are very quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The private parking was very useful, especially considering the location. The jacuzzi situated in a medieval cellar was a great experience and totally worth the price. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The room was a bit small but it's reasonable considering the age of the building. The breakfast is a bit pricey for what it is so we decided not to take it

The location, which is in the heart of Troyes, with underground parking. Good breakfast (extra cost). Elegant modern reception in an old building.

The room decor and flooring was tired and hot water very slow to come through to the shower.
