Just a few steps away from the ferry. In city center, shops and restaurants within 1 min walk. 10 min walk to the first snorkeling spot. Pool on the roof top is a plus. Breakfast was just amazing! Best one we've had in Mexico in 14 days.

Old style hotel. A bit used up but still a great value for the money.

Breakfast was excellent. It was beyond what we could have imagined. Location was great. Close to most things of our interest and also close to waterfront and cabs.

A chair or 2 in the room would have been nice. The mattress like most in Mexico was very firm. A grill or 2 on the rooftop area would have been ideal.

Although the building is showing its age, it is well maintained and the rooms are spacious, the AC cool, and the water hot and plentiful. The cleaning staff was efficient, and the ala carte breakfast was wonderful. The location is perfect for walking to all the great local restaurants.

A little more arework in the rooms would be nice on the plain walls.

The room itself seemed dated, like an older Motel 6. I don't think it was worth the money. However, they do serve a GREAT breakfast that is free. Also, the rooftop is wonderful and makes up for the ho-hum rooms. There's a decent pool, very clean, and lots of tables, chairs, and loungers, plus a fantastic view in one direction of the sea with cruise ships and the ferry terminal. In addition, lots of people just hang out on the rooftop and they are very friendly. People stay there for months on end! The staff is VERY friendly and helpful! The best! There's free drinking water and the location is great.

The Hotel is perfectly located. Supermarkts, the centre and lots of Restaurants Just around the corner. The breakfast is really good and the roof top Pool amazing. There is enough space for everyone and you have a great view over the ocean and its also a perfect Location to watch the Sunset. The room is good and has a fridge. You can Open the Windows and the AC worked properly.

Maybe the room is a little bit dark and during one night we heard a bar playing music. The bed is pretty small for two Persons, but there was a second one (which cannot be moved) The standard in the room is not extraordanary why its Just a 9/10

The location is good - walking distance from the pier, center and public beach. The rooftop pool was great. Served breakfast was very good with quite some choices. The room was big with drinking water every day.

Good breakfast including a fruit platter and multiple hot cooked options, central location (3 mins walk from the ferry terminal) and next to restaurants and the shopping area, helpful staff.

It was very noisy. Loud music continued till midnight courtesy the bar next door. Apparently we were lucky. The rooms on the other side faced a bar where the music continued till 3 am.

Pretty noisy in the morning Staff at the desk didn't know how to smile .seemed like they were not happy Be prepared to wait for awhile for breakfast .they only have 2 servers . And parking is tough to find

Good hotel to stay a few days.We stayed 4 days.Hotel is about a block from ferry that goes to playa del carmen.When we left we took ferry to playa and then a bus to Chiquila.There we took ferry to Holbox Island.Holbox Island is beautiful, a good place to relax,beautiful white sand beaches.In conclusion a good hotel just for a few days.
