Close to centre and good value for money.

The room was really spacious, the fridge was a great addition in the hot weather. Great to be able to relax by the pool. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

Lots of ants but that’s to be expected

This hotel is in a great location. The people that work there are as nice & accomdating as can be. The pool area is very nice. People that were staying there at the same time we were, were very nice & fun. I had 4 cockroaches in my room over the 2 week period & I've never had cockroaches in any of the hotels I've stayed at in Cozumel before. My family member had a rat eat through the bathroom window screen & the rat had a party in their bathroom. If it werent for the bugs & a rat, I would stay there again. They do have cats that I sure help with the rodents issues.

The pool was great. Staff was always eager to help. We have stayed multiple times and it always is a winner.

For the price in high season of a busy tourist town you couldn't expect more Adequate, comfortable in a convenient location. Staff were nice. Would definitely return.

Quiet location, nice pool, big room with a big bed, staff agreeded to keep our luggage before the check-in, fast wifi, everything was perfect

neighbors were quite noisy at night in the common area by the pool so the staff could have ask them to keep it quiet

Very friendly and helpful staff, big and comfortable rooms, big bathroom with warm water showers. Bicycle and motorcycles available for rent. Overall great stay close to the town center and the dock. The hotel has a pool and provides bottled water.

The location was great, near the centre of the action but in a quiet area 5 mins walk away. The check in was smooth and efficient. The caretaker and staff were friendly. The assisted us with laundry and hiring a scooter. The room was large and clean.

There was no hot water. There was some confusion as to where I was allowed to park my scooter. I was instructed to park it Inside and then another staff member said not.

Very lovely staff, and great pool!

Beds were not the most comfortable and only had a sheet.

I know it’s a very affordable hotel , but still they need to improve the rooms. The curtains had holes , the shower had some rust … but it’s a good price nonetheless so I don’t want to complain. in general Cozumel is a very expensive island and is over priced so we chose this because it was cheap , not expecting luxury.
