The location is great when it comes to access to transport, food, and attractions. Good internet. They offer luggage storage after checkout. Nice staff.

Basic breakfast - would skip it in the future, there are many places around the hotel to get a nice breakfast. No soundproofing between the rooms and from the busy street outside. No kettle in the room, no "do not disturb" card in the room.

We really liked the area,it had everything. The facilities are perfect for the price,the room and the whole hotel is really comfy and cozy.

Great hotel in Genoa city centre. Five minutes from Brignole station on foot. Lovely clean room. Great value.

The only thing that I would have liked would have been the ability to make a coffee in my room on a morning.

It was perfect

A perfect location, small but very nice rooms.

They do not have thermal insulation for the windows and the air conditioner is very noisy it's better to choose this on summer, otherwise is too cold. Missing hair dryer.

The room was nothing like the photos and description on the website. We very specifically booked a room with 2 beds but when I checked in was told that we had a single bed. I said that was unacceptable and we were given a room with a double bed and a bunk bed that looked potentially dangerous to sleep in. We figured out the double was really 2 twin beds and had to rearrange the room our selves. Access to the hotel is overly complicated, there are 2 elevators an external and internal. the internal was tiny and required a card to use. The breakfast was pathetic.

Steps. Too many steps around, but it is a general problem everywhere. And also on arriving, bedroom was in the dark, I entered and almost triple on the step, trying to find out where it was the light switch, behind the door.
