Habitacion muy limpia , bastante céntrico

Reserve habitación doble , cama grande , que se supone que es bastante grande , pues me pareció muy pequeña , el baño está integrado dentro de la habitación , con la ducha a un lado y el lavamanos frente a la cama y junto al armario , una distribución muy rara , para encajar un lavabo donde no cabía . La ducha pegada a la cama .

Relativ zentrale Lage zur Kathedrale und zum Alcazar Palast. Gute Erreichbarkeit vom Flughafen aus. Ruhige Zimmer mit großen und bequemen Betten. Wasserkocher mit Fertigkaffee auf dem Zimmer. Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, mit frischem Obst und frisch gepresstem Orangensaft.

Selbst für spanische Verhältnisse sehr enge Parkplätze im Parkhaus. Dusche in der Badewanne.

Comfortable bed and hotel's location in quiet area

As a frequent guest of the Catalonia Hotels, I was extremely surprised and disappointed during my latest visit to this particular hotel in Seville. My previous experiences at other hotels in the chain were always pleasant, but this time, the service was significantly below the expected standards. I was particularly upset by the unprofessional behavior and rudeness of girl at the reception. Additionally, the pricing situation – where the room rate on the day of check-in was much lower than the booked price – added to my dissatisfaction. While I understand that changing the price might have been impossible, I expected the staff to offer alternative compensations, such as a room upgrade or including the pet stay fee (and I was staying with service dog) or, at least, not to be as arrogant as the girl at the reception.

Catalonia Hotels never disappoint. This little hotel was in the entrance to the Old Town in Seville in a very quiet street called Sierra Nevada. The staff was very attentive and always made us feel welcomed in the property. Great breakfast buffet with a varied selection. Our room was comfy and with a great view of the cathedral from our balcony. We have nothing but praise for this hotel. Special thanks to Kimberly in the front desk and Yolanda in the restaurant for assuring we had a very pleasant stay. If you want quiet and within walking distance of anything, I gladly recommend Catalonia Giralda.

Wonderful hotel and good room with balcony. Loved the pool and breakfast.

AC only works when you put card in to activate room lights. Took almost half an hour for the room to cool down on hot days which made it difficult. Also got a letter saying I turned down from service with hours of room service on it which was weird. I don't like to get room service when my things are all spread out plus I like sleeping in late. It was about 15 to 20 min walk to decent restaurants.

Excellent breakfast. Very attractive public rooms and bedroom.

This was the least friendly, “dog friendly” hotel we have ever been to. Dogs were not allowed in any of the bars, reception hall, other than to pass through, or any public areas. Parking was approx 400 metres away which we didn’t find ideal.

The air conditioner needs slightly longer time to let the temperature down in the room.

Very clean, tidy and friendly hotel. Staff were great. We had a minor maintenance issue which they fixed promptly. Location was really good, but you could certainly be closer to old town centre....if that's your thing. Maybe a 15 minute walk to the centre. Breakfast was excellent. Great spaces within the hotel. Good pool, and a gym. The room was great and had a deck. Not a huge room but fine. Great shower. In a short dead end street, which is good.

If I'm being picky, then the street frontage above reception area could do with a refurb.
