Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zum Erreichen der Altstadt zu Fuß sehr gut geeignet. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und gut. Frühstückraums und Lobby sind frisch renoviert.

Der Kaffeeautomat hat leider etwas gesponnen.

Zimmer Frühstück

Wir waren eine Gruppe von ca. 30 Personen. Wir wollten nach einem Konzertbesuch ca. 22:00 Uhr noch die Hotelbar besuchen. Leider wurde das vom Hotel trotz vorheriger Anfrage nicht möglich gemacht

Breakfast was great and I was able to charge my car in the garage.

Renovations were inconvenient.

We were on a long and tiring trip, in the summer with temperatures around 30. There is no air conditioning in the hotel so for a night, we opened the window and try to relax, which was rather diffcult as there was too hot and too noisily. For us, never ever again at the summer time.... It is hotel for the winter.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and breakfast staff were very friendly. Nothing else was good about our stay.

Was listed as having a view - both landmark and water. From our room, all we could see was scaffolding, which seemed to be the emergency exit?, leaves of a huge tree, and the tents over the outdoor breakfast area advertising beer. Also visible: the poorly maintained yard and a defunct swimming pool. The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy. Only one luggage cart, and it looked like one that someone had left behind, as it was like the tiny ones they use at the airport. No good place to pull up to check-in. We headed to the parking garage and rang the bell, where the person didn't have our reservation in the system and didn't want to let us in. We ended up having to reserve the room directly with them in order to stay. No staff are on site at night - good luck if something goes wrong or you need help. When you leave the garage you pull the cord to open the gate. AC didn't work. When you open the window, it blocks the bed. We ended up opening the window and door to the hallway to get a cross breeze to cool off the room.

Nothing really. Was forced to stay one night due to distance to destination.

Not in a good location. Was told that to upgrade to a quiet room overlooking a river I would have to pay an extra 10 Euros. No river to be seen. Only a couple of dirty empty swimming pools with stagnant water in them. Lots of overgrown weeds around the place. Not a very nice sight from the bedrooms or from the outside breakfast area. In addition not even a fan or portable airconditioner in the room which was very hot. The window could not be left open at night since there was a walkway outside the windows allowing easy access into the room through any window.

rooms are not soundproofed and our bed was comfortable but slightly inclined (not a big deal, we slept in the other direction)
